Posizione, stanza rifatta a nuovo, pulizia, cortesia dello staff. Nonostante i lavori in corso i proprietari hanno cercato di fare del loro meglio per non crearci disagio durante il soggiorno.
La stanza era un pochino piccola, così come il bagno.

Clean and comfortable place. The staff were really helpful in suggesting us places to visit nearby. The location was walkable from all the main attractions in Florence.

El personal ha sido excelente, muy atentos y nos han ayudado en toda nuestra estancia.
La habitación es pequeña pero muy acogedora, y el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente.
Las camas fueron muy cómodas y nos sorprendieron que para los 2 noches que estuvimos nos cambiaron las toallas y nos hicieran de nuevo la habitación. Las limpiadoras eran super majas.
El hotel está muy céntrico, y fácil de acceder.
¡Repetiremos si volvemos a Florencia!

Posizione perfetta, a due passi dalle piazze principali. Letto comodo. Posizione tranquilla. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza pulita.
La stanza era carente di comodini ed il bagno non era ben attrezzato.

Posizione strategica e in pieno centro, il personale è stato molto cortese. Struttura in una piccola via silenziosa e tranquilla.
purtroppo l'ambiente risente di una maggiore cura e manutenzione nei dettagli (manopole rotte, tv con pochi canali, difficoltà di telefonare dalla stanza, prese da cambiare), ma come luogo d'appoggio ci si può accontentare.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung war gut.
Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, insbesondere das Bad. Das Bett war ziemlich eigenartig gemacht (kein Bezug für die Decke, die Decke war nur in Laken gefaltet).

There was black mold in our room and the pipes of the shower were clogged. Furthermore all the locks were very loose and the toilet almost fell off. The hygiene was poor. However, the staff was very friendly.

Air conditioner made a continuous noise even when turned off, leak in the bathroom and faulty wardrobe. Shouldn't be advertised as a four person room.

Nothing. Everything is so horrible.
The room is so small. You hardly have any space to place your luggage, and worse very small walkway from the bed to the toilet. The shower is open and you can't avoid splashing water to the toilet bowl.
In my stay I couldn't see any hotel stuff.
The entrance to the hotel is from a back allay. Scary.

When it comes to location, it can be said well-located. A electric water heater was there to make our own tea.
Four beds for four adults in a small room. Difficult to open the window. Old and very small bathroom in a old building. Not sure, if it was worth the money we paid.

we had a really bad room, walls are water thin, you can hear other people showering and going to toilet like it is happening right next to you. Bathroom horrible, needs renovation. Double bed pushed to the wall, no side tables. All furniture very climsy. Mattresses worn out, you can feel all metal parts. On the ceiling just above bed we had a massive leak stain.

Perfect location right in the centre of Florence. Friendly staff, lots of good places to eat nearby.
Although it looked like they might do breakfast this was not available. There were no hot drink making facilities in our room,and the TV didn't work. Lots of steps to get in, wouldn't suit anyone with mobility problems.
