Location was great.
The price would suggest a fairly comfortable and cosy place would await us. The room is very tiny with minimal gear a miniscule bathroom and steps up and down to the car - decidedly overprice for a holiday park.

Great location - next to the beach & not too far from town
Holiday Park - not too big, shared bathrooms clean & closeby, kitchenette had all the essentials, cabin deck got morning sun for breakfast, everyone very friendly.
For a short stay it was all good.

Easy booking. Friendly quick check-in. Cosy, clean and well equipped cabin.
Heat pump was broken but 2 electric heaters warmed cabin fine.

Place was perfect, warm, plenty of extra blankets and room to spread out.

Spacious and comfortable motel unit
A few amenities didn't operate - heat pump (didn't heat the unit), another electric heater didn't work properly, the toilet seat was not fully attached to the toilet and moved around and the sofa had a broken sharp ended piece which could had injured two young children. While these things are not significant it would have been appreciated to have forewarning of their existence in order to manage expectations. The heat pump being the most significant as 30 minutes was 'wasted' trying to get it to operate

I like the warm staff hospitality and how she managed my last min booking for the night! Checking in was a breeze especially at late night. Love the contained unit and its facilities. Convenient that my car is able to be parked right outside the unit.

Ants all over the place, didn’t know about breakfast as wasnt told, could hv done wish at least 1 bedside table to put ph etc on, could hv had a sml table to eat at as was enough room

The cabin I had was really good, it was new and had pretty much everything you needed in a compact space. It had a nice deck and space.
It was actually really good, the en suite bathroom was very small and I am quiet big so it felt a bit claustrophobic, but was still workable

Great location close to the beach, clean and comfortable facilities - we booked the 3 bedroom unit and it was perfect for our group. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay again.
Wouldve been good if there was another double/queen sized bed in one of the bedrooms instead of another set of bunks

Close to beach. Close to where I come from a half hour drive heading to taranaki. Was able to do the task we travelled there for. Have a grand daughter in Whanganui.
Rooms have a musty smell to them. Rooms dont get serviced daily. Family turned up and got told off.

This property was clean and comfortable. A great location within walking distance to a beach with lifeguards and a playground. Very quiet as well even though busy when we stayed.

We were welcomed so warmly.
The family cabin was near new, new carpets, smart tv, bunk beds for the kids and renovated kitchen. it was so comfy and a great park with all the facilities needed.

good location for our stay. The bbq facilities were great, had everything needed. Our cabin was ok, but when you have 4 large people in a 1 bedroom cabin we needed more space to spread out. The table took up most of the room / lounge space. would of been good to have a lounge chair or couch to relax and watch tv on perhaps?
The ants that greeted us on arrival. The cockroaches in the cupboards! The rusty salt shaker lid. No air conditioning to keep cool. The bathroom was so tiny!!!

came back on our last night around 10:30pm when we turned on the lights I kid you not the kitchen and lounge had cockroaches not just one or two there were at least 11-14 so we packed up immediately and left as it was late we couldn’t check in anywhere else so drove back home to Auckland
