Firstly, don’t let the outside put you off! The hotel is on the 1st floor of a residential building and looks rough from the outside, it once in the reception area is clean and modern looking. Although the room was a little small, there was enough room for everything in the twin room. I did have a concern there was a window into the corridor and the curtain was thin, but the lights were always out in the corridor come night time so that was ok (I need it dark to sleep) The best bit was the bed, as it was really comfortable. all the staff we met were very friendly and approachable. The location is great and not too far from CSMT station.

The shower was very hit and miss, some mornings it worked, although not very powerful (low pressure) and was warm to hot. The last morning the shower was freezing and not much more than a trickle, but it was 04:00 as we where heading back to the airport so too early to ask about it. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Staff in all departments is just perfect-from reception to housekeeping and kitchen-friendly, welcoming, helpful, personal approach, smiley. They are creating this great place and atmosphere ! Good breakfast. Location, close to train station or walkable to main attractions if you love to explore places wandering around. Would definitely return.

No windows to get fresh air, there are only ones facing corridor. Very strong light in the corridor during night times so I think there should be extra blinds in the windows. Smoking in the lobby, even during breakfast time. It can get loud if people gather in the main lobby, specially early morning or late evening.

Some rooms are in the entrance corridor where the entrance and reception desk are. Not everyone is quiet coming in or going out, if you're a light sleeper it might be worth requesting a room in a different area so that you aren't disturbed

Great location near all the key attractions. Tip upgrade to a deluxe room for very little money as they're much bigger.

Mr Khushal Singh,Manager is vry cooperative,polite,helpful.Mohan,Rahim are the best workers.

Second receptionist Mr Hemant is vry rude,non cooperative these days.Hotel ratings might be fallen due to his behaviour.All other employees and staff is also fed up by his nature Management should look in to and shld keep him away from interfaring other colieges decision.

Sensational service. Very helpful manager Knushal Singh. He offered his help many times, including finding a taxi to the airport at the lowest price. Very good breakfasts included in the price (toast, omelettes, coffee). Very close to the CSMT train station. Great value for money.

Clean and good service

it was a last minute reservation while arriving at India and having no place to stay and they literally saved me the night I arrived ,allowed me to stay for free so I could have a couple of hours of sleep before my check in . the receptionist were the most helpful people ever. You might look and think that’s a humble hotel but the people who work there make you feel like home ,specially as a female solo traveller

I would say the inconstant hot water , the breakfast is always omelette with coffee or tea but let’s be honest a daily omelette is better than just having toast and butter like in other hotels .
