The location is beautiful, you can see the etna very good from the Pool the host was really really kind they helped us with everything test location they helped us to the airport overral really kind People nice hotel also a jacuzzi in the room very beautiful

Cleaning couldve been a little better but no major things

the host giuseppe is very friendly and helpfull,he ordered food for all of us every night of our stay,the pool was one of the best we have been to with jacuzzi,heated pool and even filled with inflatable tyres and there is even a large safe parking area.

there are really few things we didnt like,all you need to know before you book is you have to pay 10 euro per person for the linen and you have to pay yo use the pool,those are the only things that we didint like much.

The host, Giuseppe, t is a very nice and agreeable person. He was always available for everything 24/7. His first priority is the well being and relax of his guests. For example we had some issues with a group of three families who came and where making a lot of noise during night. I called Giuseppe at 2 am and he immediately solved the problem. To show how serious he his about silence and relax, the following morning he asked the noisy families to love since they were very disrespectful towards all other guests. The location is amazing as well as the sea side around. We also enjoyed the Etna view. The vulcano was erupting those days giving us an amazing show.
