good location

very tiny room

The room was clean, comfortable and with nice views to the mountains and fiord. Hotel really well located. Nice staff. Breakfast was fantastic :)

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. the room is small but it was enough space to us, bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good, the most important thing for us is that it is clean.

Some of the stuff was nice

one staff member was not very welcoming and helpless when we tried to ask for a parking. There was no vegan/lactose free milk during breakfast, without offering any alternative. room was very small

The hotel offered everything we needed for a one night stay in Hammerfest. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

At the breakfast some vegan options were missing. In our room the TV and one lamp didn’t work. Furthermore, the restaurant in the hotel was closed for dinner this day.

Breakfast OK, but had no FISH- or veggie options. Good location of the hotel. Pleasant en suit restaurant. Rooms compact and had basic necessities as expected. Some of the front desk girls were most friendly and polite. Basically the hotel has a nice atmosphere and it felt like a good place to stay even on a cold winter day. I would like to stay there on my next visit as well. The management needs a bit more hands-on and be more present in taking responsibility for the employees.

Of the front desk personell a certain young man needs more education and training. Basic dress code needed. Even if the hotel is basic and minimalistic, we expect politeness and courtesy to be top class. The management has a job to do to secure adequate training regarding courtesy and presence of staff!! DUX-beds in all rooms are great, except my bed was saggy and worn, askew on one side so I kept falling out of it... Mattresses should be turned regularly in order to be worn even on either sides. Management's responsibility!!

The views were terrific. The room, well designed and cosy. Little kitchenette was nice to have a cup of coffee/hot chocolate. I wish we had booked for one more night.

Breakfast was great, good location

The room was quite small and also the bathroom. However...this is why it is called Smart Hotel ;-) OK for 1 person and 1 night, so no complains.

The breakfast was adequate

Some of the staff exceptionally disinterested, along with a restaurant in which we couldn't eat! No storage at all in the room and gymnastics necessary to get in the bed, and only 2 electric sockets in double room, all round very poor for new hotel.

6th floor room, clean and functional. Nice shower. Perfect breakfast.

Small room but we were aware. Room designed well, not uncomfortable.
