Terrible el aseo, toallas viejas y en mal estado, la nevera no servía el microondas tampoco muy desmejorado en general el apartamento

They have AC and a pool on the top floor overlooking at the other skyscrapers and the beach left and right. The staff were super friendly and helpful all the time The location within walking distance to the Bocagrande beach

The bathroom needs better cleaning, the mirror and the lid of the toilet seat were dirty. There is not hair dryer Only 2 lifts for 17 floors

A/C was cool in bedroom.

Didn’t provide the basics for the entire apartment. Front desk questions anyone you bring in.

Staff let the police enter to the apartment who open all my bags and made disappear some emergency money in cash (euro and pound sterling) from my wallet while I was away. The excuse was TO IDENTIFY THE PERSON when they already had copies of my passport and my phone number which they never call.

located in Bocagrande. The wifi was working. There’re 2 ac’s in each rooms.

clean floors and clean sheets that’s all. the apartment overall is dated and dusty. The windows are too dirty. We are 4 people but there’re only 2 towels (no hand towels). There’s no hot water in the showers. The beds are twin not a good option for a couple. The bunk bed they prepared for my son was broken.
