فندق نظيف جدا ومستوى الامان عالي والغرف واسعه واثاثها جميل الموقع جميل للي معه سيارة وايضا في محطة ترام جديدة قريبة ، الموظفين متعاونين وبالذات عمر موظف خدمة الغرف

اخذوا من بطاقتي مبلغ حجز قبل الوصول و وعدني موظف الاستقبال بانه يرجع خلال 14 يوم عمل ولم يرجع منها شي ارسلت لهم ايميل طلبوا مني التواصل مع البنك والبنك يقول ليس لهم علاقة الفندق هو المسؤول، هذا السلبية الوحيدة في الفندق

موقع مميز في الاطلاله خرافي جميع العاميلين ودودين ورائعين خدمه ايقاف السياره الفطور مو كثير مميز ولاكن جيد

نظافة الفندق وتعامل الموظفين كان ممتاز

الفندق ممتاز قريب من كل شيء ويوجد مواقف مجانية للسيارات وخدمة السيارات ممتازه جداً هم من يقومون بركن السيارة لوجود سرداب تحت الفندق اصنصير خاص للسياره ياخذون منك المفتاح ويعطونك كرت عند خروجك من الفندق يسلمونك المفتاح ، والموقع مطل ع القرن الذهبي تم حجز غرفة ديلوكس مطله ع البحر حجم الغرفه ممتاز والسرير كبير ومريح والاطلاله ممتازه تعامل طاقم الفندق جميل جداً متعاونين مع النزلاء والجميع يبحث عن راحة النزيل اشكر المديرة زينب ع حسن التعامل وتقديم الضيافه عندما قمت بتمديد ليلتين عندهم وطاقم الرسبشن ع تسهيل اجراءات الدخول والسرعة في تسليم الغرفة والمسؤولين في خدمة السيارات والهاوس كيبنق ، شكراً لكم جميعاً ، افضل خيار سكن في اسطنبول

The view side of the hotel was beautiful

Staff were very helpful especially Zaynab was very kind helpful and speaks English Fluently. Also Gadriah the one who cleanse the room was excellent

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul among over 10 others. The service was just exceptional: a compliment with Turkish sweets was left for me in the room with handwritten postcard and phone number of my personal manager who could solve any issue. Room with panoramic view was really great and comfortable. Quite various and very tasty breakfast. Free bike rent. And the main thing which impressed me is smartphone app with help of which you can do whatever you want: make an order from the restaurant, call for the housekeeping, book spa, etc. Thank you very much!

The only thing I missed is swimming pool.

the roof top panoramic bar was closed for refurbishment and this was not mentioned when booking

The staff, especially at the reception were very polite, helpful and friendly from the check in to the check out. They fulfilled all our requests in the best way possible. There is also a nice spa center for hotel guests. The view from our room was amazing. It is a sensitive hotel about cleanliness. I would like to thank Mr. Baturay from the reception, Ms. Zeynep from the guest relations and all the reception staff.

The view ( sea view ) and rhe room and the cleanliness , fasilities , the bathroom every thing about the room was very good and the staff all of them at reciption , bill boy , the house keeping women the welcome sweets they providing at the room and loopy

The location there is nothing with walking distance from hotel so you need a car or taxi to go anywhere
