A beautiful, cosy, well equipped cottage in the perfect location for exploring the Peaks
5pm was late for check in and 9am early for check out.

Charming cottage with beautiful views out to the hills. Comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen - all together a delightful place to stay in Castleton.
The very late check in at 5pm and then the early check out by 9am is unreasonable. Getting six people up, showered and breakfasted, packing and clearing up before 9am could make the end of the stay pretty fraught and rushed.

The cottage was bigger than anticipated and very comfortable.
A small welcome package would have been appreciated. Coffee, tea, creamer.

The cottage far exceeded our expectations. it was spacious with a wonderful living room for evenings in front of the log burner. The cottage was equipped with everything you would need and the bedrooms were beautiful. The cottage is in the perfect location with the addition of amazing views with outside seating. I would highly recommend this cottage

Position in village , woodburner, capable central heating
Oven / hob in kitchen was very good.
A few more oven trays and oven/ table dishes would have been a help as accomodation dation and equipment lends itself to true self catering

*Beds were lovely and comfy.
*Key safe is easy to access.
*Great location near lovely villages.
*cottage was well equipped
No electricity in dining room which meant we had to go out for dinner instead of staying in.
Electrician came when we returned home to relax when we went out all day to let them fix the issue. ( they’d told us there had been no electricity for weeks so it wasn’t a new issue )
