Comfortable bed, good sized room. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Parking on site as well. Great location with lovely walks nearby, as well as close to the pub/restaurant and post office shop.

The walls were thin - I could hear the TV & man talking in the next room throughout the evening, but they were quiet during the night so was OK.

Breakfast - one of the very best! Room spacious and well appointed. Staff - most helpful.

Very comfortable accommodation and great breakfast with lots of variety. Usually order porridge but seeing the number of cooked items I went for most everything and enjoyed them greatly. Hosting was excellent!

The only small issues were no phone signal and the Wi-Fi seemed slow/weak. Not something easily remedied I guess as the infrastructure just may not be adequate?

Comfortable

Harry is great host and you can have wonderful conversations with him. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. The rooms were quiet and the location is good for Boat of Garten. We ate at Anderson's at Harry's recommendation, located just a couple minutes away, and it was one of the best meals of our whole trip (though not cheap)!

During our stay, the toilet in our room did not flush well at all. This was frustrating and unpleasant. There was a visible mold or at least unappealing discoloration in the shower.

Lovely cosy room, which was tastefully decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and well prepared. Host was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, I needed my breakfast on the first morning very early due to needing to leave early to run the Loch Ness marathon and he was more than willing to accommodate that.

Good location with a great host and breakfast

the owner was informed early in the afternoon that the reservation (for which the payment had not been validated) was an error. This did not immediately prevent him from cashing it in and as it was known that the 2 rooms for 2 nights were going to be free to put them back on the market.

Everything good breakfast plenty to eat room and bed comfortable,best of all no charge for my small dog.
