Agreably surprised to find a large flat that could accommodate a whole family. It is very close to Otranto that we came to visit within walking distance. No free parking problems. The owner was friendy and helpfull. Ideal stop for a few days when you want to visit town and surroundings.
Only small minor things missing. We are sure they will be corrected for the next visitors as the season is only about to start. Nothing to complain about.

Emanuele was very helpful and meeting at the property was easy. He was an enthusiastic source of information. It was good to find this accommodation still available very much out of season. It is a large apartment which could accommodate a large family. But very economical for one pilgrim on the Via del Salento/Via Francigena.

For the price, it’s offered more than I needed. Space big enough for a whole family. Emanuele was very nice and was able to offer a pickup before handing over the keys. 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and the Conad supermarket is also within walking distance. I recommend this for anyone traveling on a budget.
Beddings are clean but they could be renewed as they are pilling from long term use.

The spacious flat is in the quiet neighbourhood, very good located near to the beach, good restaurants and shops and Old Town as well.
You can see the sea from the balcony.
The coffeemaker makes very good coffee and you can have delicious pasticciotti in the caffe near the apartament.

The house is very big, with balcony and ocean view. 2 bathrooms,grand kitchen, good location . Even with machine with food and drinks inside :))

Big apartment with big fridge, oven, washing machine, 2 toilets, close to supermarkets and city center. Quiet area. At least in march.

Mr Emanuel is a great host. Punctual, reliable and really helpful. He speaks basic English. In the absence of the bus he helped me to find the way to the picturesque cliffs of San Andrea. His apartment located in the condominium block is huge, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Area around is very quiet. On the way from the station (20 min walk) you will find two supermarkets, open also on Sunday mornings.
Have in mind that it is "vacation house". Italian families are bringing with them things like plates and cups... Basic cutlery is on site. The walk from the station is a bit complicated so use your google map to find the way with many turns.
