Wifi can't connect Light broke Slow reply customer service

The location is great, at the middle of the old klang road, easy to travel everywhere by car. The room is clean and comfortable. The admin/host will contact you for deposit, and you will get the details for parking and key right after. Easy self check in and out. Free parking for those who is driving.

The suites have some defects like broken window and the bathroom is quite smelly. It's quite spooky when going back at night time.

Location of this apartment is next to Scott Garden mall. We took duplex unit... for 4pax. Place is clean. One queen bed on upper floor & 2 mattresses on the floor at the living area in front of the tv. Plus 2 bathroom. Good communication with host/staff...pleasant and attentive. Very helpful. Good guidance & clear instruction on how to retrieve key and access to parking. Overall is pleasant stay

No internet connection, broken showerhead, water dripping from toilet celling.

Walking distance to nearby shops and street foods. Convenient to take public transport

Unaccessible and complicated Wi-Fi network. Broken shower (shower without shower head 🚿). Bedroom aircon not cool even you put on 18°C.

Overall everything is good with a lovely view

Water from the heater in the bathroom is not getting hot, the owner needs to check on this.

The rooms was good and meet the expectations especially the kids bed👌💯

Just the view quit uneasy but lucky the broad curtain makes our day😅🤗
