The neighborhood how clean it was
Not enough seating in living room and only 1 small tv in the living room and none in bedrooms that sucked

The location is close to the falls and plenty of areas to bike. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Carroll the host is excellent and can be reached at any time. This is our 3rd year staying here.
The upstairs bed needs a topper, getting a little uncomfortable.

The hosts were so sweet and welcoming. The house had everything we needed and then some. We were there to get married at the Falls and they were nice enough to bring us a bottle of Prosecco!

it was located in a good, quiet neighborhood, house was solid, it had plenty of room for us to relax at the end of the day
it didn't have a washer/dryer, the living room furniture wasn't comfortable, the tv only had streaming, no local channels. the stairs creaked very loudly.

I liked the location very close to our day trips
the facilities, only one television very small, we wanted to enjoy movies with adults and the kids to watch their own movies, we wanted listen to music and there was no technology for family time. Also no washer and dryer and we all got our stuff wet found ourselves stuck, even if we had to pay to wash we would have done it. no dishwasher to make the dishwashing go quicker. so I think the amenities could have been a little more updated

The whole house is superb,nice and clean to fit the six of us.

1. The smartness of the host in choosing the code for the entrance. 2. The promptness in responding to all calls/ queries. 3. The host accepting the faults we left we behind and charging none as damage-cost from the security deposit. 4. The cleanliness, the location, the neighborhood, the facilities inside the cottage were superb
Please take a look at the bed in the corner room of the upper floor (Next to the wash room) - it's bit cranky.

The cottage allowed us to have family together for a small graduation celebration without staying in a hotel. it is very clean and lots of attention to detail. The owner is very hospitable.
We have no complaints.

The cottage was clean, well furnished, and had the perfect location! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owner was helpful and answered my calls/questions promptly! I highly recommend this cottage for visiting Niagara falls!
