House is well maintained , all equipment are usable

The host was helpful, many rooms to cater for our family.

The facility is very basic, the property needs maintenance, one room door lock is broken , some fused bulbs, broken blinds, bathroom drainage hole has no cover, cockroaches were able to climb through the open hole. Kitchen utensils not enough for the number of guests allowed to occupy the property. For the money we paid, we would expect a property of better condition.

The rooms are a lot & spacious

The water pressure in the 3rd flow bedroom was quite low

No laundry facilities in the house. At least to provide washing machine in the house.

Great location

The location is near town which is a good thing. It has a number of food and recreational shops nearby which can be suitable for those staying in the room. The area also seems very quiet and it can be quite relaxing. All the rooms has its own bathroom and there are ample beds.

Everything else regarding the facilities is just terrible. Cleanliness is not up to regular standards. There is dust everywhere and the cleaners show no dedication to their work. If you open the kitchen cabinets, you can see all sorts of dirt, plates are yellow, the microwave smells horrible (did no one ever thought of opening it to clean it with proper cleaning chemicals?). I had to mop the floor and staircase by hand because of the dust. You charge us a cleaning fee but your cleaning is not even up to basic standards. Many surfaces have dust collected. A lot of bugs on the ceiling which is not cleaned out. I will never come back nor will I ever recommend your facility to anyone. If I had booked 4 rooms at a 4 star hotel, the cost is equivalent to what I pay for this property.
