The property was central novalja great location to walk into the centre and near bus stations. The gentleman was really nice although he couldn’t speak English communicating wasn’t too bad and he helped when needed. The room was clean with all facilities that you would need.

The bed was abit hard and the shower would run cold at times but other than that this was a great place to stay.

Location was very good, right in the centre of town. Host was very nice. Rooms were modern.

Rooms were small with no facilities other than a small wardrobe and en suite. Kitchen facilities were communal & rooms had no outside space. Host also only communicated in French. If booking with a large group of people, rooms are very far apart, one was even a 5 minute walk away in a separate building.

It is in the very center if you like to take a walk on the harbor or around the city. There are a lot of restaurants taverns and cafes around. The facilities are very clean. The woman who is an owner or owner's wife is very nice, pleasant and professional.

The room was too small and the the door is the only place where you can stand state. The roof is decliend. The owner doesn't provide parking for you, so we had to walk 15 minutes every day to our car and 15 back. The room often smelled from the barbeque from the restaurant which is sharing a wall with facilities. The place was in the very centaur, but this is not advantage if you are coming for the parties since, most of them are on Zrce Beach which is 4km away and the owners require the gest to be quiet.

Very clean and new room with balcony! Perfect for a short stay in Novalja. Vilko is an excelent host and has an adorable dog! Also it is near everything you need including beaches, restaurants and bars.

Extraordinarily friendly and helpful service. Just 100m from the promenade and AC in all rooms. We loved staying there.

Very clean and modern, right in the centre

Unfortunately we had to wait for the host and there was nobody at the check in. Moreover nobody picked up the phone when I tried to call. A private parking lot wasn’t possible but we were able to get a public parking spot a 5 Minute walk away. The host couldn’t speak English or German, so we struggled with each other’s communication.

Highly recommended this apartment, nice, clean, well equipped, lovely hosts, great value, hope to stay here again 😊
