The condo was perfect for our purposes. The location was ideal as we had friends that lived very close. Although the pool was a little cool the first week of April, it warmed up enough by the second week. The hot tub wasn't working during our visit - the "pool guy" said that it needed a new heater and he was waiting on condo management to give him the ok to replace it.

Everything was as advertised. Clean, quiet, more than adequate appliances , pots and pans, etc.
Many stores and restaurants nearby.
Would stay here again in the future.

Exactly as listed. The condo was clean and has all the necessary things needed for a long stay. The neighborhood is also quiet aside from occasional pool parties (that go well beyond midnight), but the neighbors are friendly and nice. Communication with Vicki was good and she was responsive although when we checked out and forgot some stuff and I asked if I can come and pick them up she never responded.

Surgical Residency Rotation
This condo was perfect for my commute to Banner Desert Medical Center and local surgery centers during our intensive surgical internship. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. Vicki was a great host. Definitely would book this location again!

Great rental, perfect location
This property was perfect for my commute to Intel during my summer internship. The property was well kept and it was easy to keep in contact with the property owner. Great experience overall!

Clean, accommodating space with great communication from host
Vicki’s place is everything you need. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and living area that offer a comfortable stay no matter the situation. Highly recommend!

Great Location
It was a wonderful experience. The condo was very easy to access, it was very comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The location of the condo was within minutes of golf courses, shopping and some wonderful food establishments. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub which was just out the door from our unit. Vicki was a pleasure to deal with! Would definitely book again on our next stay in Arizona!

Perfect for my internship
I had a summer internship at Intel in Chandler. The location is perfect for that commute. The condo is spacious, clean and has all of the amenities needed to have a fantastic stay. That's not including a four step walk to the pool and hot tub area as well as the condo being located away from the noisy/busy parking lots of the community. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while waiting to close on a new home. The condo is very clean and has everything you will need. The location is located close to shopping and good restaurants. It is nice and quiet which was a plus for me. Also has a covered parking space which is nice in the Arizona heat. I would recommend this property.

Quiet & Relaxing
Truly enjoyed 2 months in this quiet Chandler area in a well-equipped condo. Vicki was great at checking to see if we needed anything. The hot tub was heaven located just steps from our front gate. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable vacation.

Great, clean condo furnished well and providing all we needed for our stay during my husband's 3-month internship with Intel. The owner is quick to respond and very kind. The condo is close to everything we needed. We were very happy with our experience!

Transition
A perfect home away from home. Convenient to shopping and dining with easy access to all freeways. A quiet neighborhood and restful stay for our transition to AZ much better then a hotel and reasonably priced. I would reccommend for sure.

Great little Condo w excellent communication from owner
I'd booked this place for some extended stay guests.
From the beginning the owner had great communication with emails and texts answered fully and quickly.
The condo itself is a split floorplan with a bedroom and bath upstairs as well as downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and the internet is fast enough for movie streaming. For the money, the overall experience was very good.
This will be one of the first places we look to in the future! Thanks!

Staying in Chandler
Another doctoral student and I shared the home from the end of March 2014 through the beginning of June 2014 for a clinical assignment in the area. It was perfect for our purpose as it had two bedrooms and two full baths so we each had our own space. It was easy to maintain and close to shopping and restaurants which was a plus since we had limited time outside of work. We had some minor issues with the air conditioning and the dishwasher but the owner was responsive by text and email and resolved the problems fairly quickly. Everything was as described and included all linens which was very helpful. It was very close to Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe which afforded us the opportunity to see more of Arizona on our off weekends. I would recommend this town home to others visiting the Chandler/Phoenix area in the future either for a short time but especially for a long term assignment.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable. We did not rent a car so it was within walking
distance to restaurants, grocery store and a Walmart. Best of all the owner was great to work with!

Great Chandler experience!
This is a really nice condo in a perfect location, was central to all the activities we had planned in Az. The pool is right out the front door, and it was wonderful to have a washroom next to each bedroom. The best thing about this property is the owner. She is very accomodating, and checked in several times to be sure our stay was going well. I would recommend this condo, and go back in the future.

Very Comfortable
This was my second VRBO experience in Chandler, the first at this property. The property I had stayed at previously was unavailable, so I found this opportunity. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I was in Chandler for both business and pleasure and had several days to just relax and this cozy unit fit perfectly. Vicki was very responsive to any questions or concerns prior to my arrival. One minor bump during my stay was addressed promptly with full consideration for my comfort and convenience. This may well be my first choice when returning to Chandler.

This was our second stay in the condo...and we would rent it again should we go back to Arizona.
It is clean, well equipped and quiet, close to shopping plazas and to highway.

This place was very clean and quite. Would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. The owner was very friendly and was in contact with me prior to coming to Chandler and also after I left to ensure I enjoyed my visit and stay.
