Very Comfortable room, spotlessly clean and everything was well thought out. Cold water and fresh milk in the fridge, and a cafetière and filter coffee on the tray. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and as we had an early morning ferry, leaving at 5.30 am, they gave us a breakfast tray with fresh pastries and fruit juice to take to our room to have before we left.
We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed our scampi and chips and ham, egg and chips.

Mark the Manager was excellent. Nothing too much trouble, and very attentive to the needs of all the guests

Country village location. Exceptionally helpful and pleasant Manager. Excellent food cooked on premises. The Steak and Guinness pie was exceptional.
My wife found bed mattress slightly too firm.
Paint in places starting to age, but did not detract from the pleasure of our stay.

The food is excellent!! We had breakfast and dinner at the Greyhound Inn twice, all four meals were absolutely perfect, tasty, enjoyable and always served with big smiles. It could not be better!
The bathroom of the room we stayed in is a little cramped but then the rooms are nice and spacious (we had the double room with an additional sofa), and the shower is great and makes up for the lack of space around the washbasin!

Generous bedrooms at excellent prices and the pub is lovely with good food and the best, warmest staff. We had to leave early in the morning and the hosts provided us with a lovely breakfast tray for our room.

If any describes ti's as a luxury or very good accommodation then they are probably in breach of trade description act.

It was quiet and had everything we needed for our room. Lovely location and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Nothing apart from the bar and restaurant are closed on Mondays. No problem as everything you need is only a short drive away.

Top Service, Super friendly, Fresh milk for tea and coffee as well as a jug of cold water in the fridge, quality Dorset tea, separate living room with TV as well as second TV in bedroom, very comfortable bed, modern Velux windows with dark blinds. Went out of their way for some food on arrival just after normal end of kitchen service. Highly recommended

A little dated , carpets not very clean . no towels on arrival had to phone down for some .no fresh towels or replacement of refreshments or towels on second day
Dirty carpets smell of fag smoke due to smoking shelter being nearby . Obviously noise related to smokers aswell

Fantastic location, exceptionally helpful and cheerful staff. Great accommodation which included a separate side room for our daughter. She loved having her own space. Clean. Spacious bathroom. Useful fridge with fresh milk and large bottle of water, along with the usual tea and coffee options. We will be back.
Mattress was too soft for me and shower head holder needs fixing.

Very friendly and welcoming. The food in the pub for both breakfast and evening meal was very good, as was the service.
The room although clean and comfortable it was very small, as was the bathroom.. It had everything you needed but the double room we had was very compact.
Room could have been larger but for the price couldn't complain and it was only for one night

we were upgraded as our first room was making me feel claustrophobic. They could not of been more accommodating. we stayed in room 1 so we could have a bath. very comfortable room.
very well presented, Our room was lovely. The food was excellent, I even had a pudding, which is unusual for me. The managers were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, 10 minutes from my work site. The room was spacious and comfortable, good bathroom and lots of refreshments, including a cafetière. A large and comfortable bed too.
The food in the restaurant was very good, I had a burger which was generous and a proper, kitchen-made beef patty.
The breakfast again was generous and delicious, with excellent coffee (very important!).
The staff were friendly, attentive and made me feel welcome.
There was nothing I truly disliked.

really enjoyed our stay at the greyhound we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived , it was very clean and the rooms were of a large size with nice clean bathrooms the food in the hotel was exceptional and so were the staff
