The property was dirty Sand filled the lounge seats the pots and pans were dirty the iron was usable ( replaced by agent on request) a plumber turned up on the Saturday to fix something that could’ve waited to the end of the day routine maintenance no Covid plan in place by plumber Routine maintenance throughout the property has been neglected property was overpriced For what we ended up with We had electrical fault late one night with smoke filling two rooms and creating distress to our child No follow-up from agent with our feedback

The property is okay, but the mixture of home owners and holiday rentals is not the best mix.

There was loud music and late night parties nearly every night. This is not a family friendly residence if you want a quiet location.

Reasonably priced venue for two or four people, but definitely not suitable for any more people. the third bedroom had no wardrobe clothes storage. The location was fine.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with an oven that required you to turn it up to 250 degrees C (fan-forced) to cook a roast chicken for a family; the light above the hotplates was very poor (it might as well not have been there); there was just barely adequate crockery supply for 5 people; the kitchen corner cupboard (folding) door is faulty; apart from 6 instant coffee bags and tea bags and some sugar, and four dish washing liquid and dishwasher powder sachets, there was nothing else supplied. the first time we stayed there, there was a second tv in the master bedroom but it was not there this time. I had to argue with the agency managing the property for some clean sheets for our nine night stay despite the terms and conditions stating they would be provided. the agency then advised they would give us a complimentary 'clean' including clean bedding and towels. The hall light immediately outside the apartment's front door is not working (and it wasn't working the last time I stayed there). It is not good enough to argue that this is a body corporate matter when you are renting the apartment to paying customers.
