The staff are helpful
I always go to budget hotel. Even at low price than this hotel. But this is beyond my expectation.
Bedsheet looks old and not tidy
No kettle
No glass to make hot water
No telephone (to call reception)
No pen or note paper
No hair dryer
No bed lamp
Ramp for wheelchair is too slippery and steep

The pillows was very HARD to sleep on.
There should be a simple cupboard to keep our cloths instead of just hanging openly.....EXPOSED!
In the washroom there should be a platform/place where we can keep our Toiletries and NOT just placed it on the Washing Basin.....

The hotel area is quite strategically located because it is close to the Menara Condong, restaurants, Lotus, 7E, and other attractions. The room is clean and quite comfy. Furthermore, their staff is really helpful.

The hot water is really good and it feels nice . Comfortable for a reality escape . They pick me up during the night when I arrive and allow me to check out late a little .

We were met with your friendly staff Mr. Segaran who was very helpful, cheerful and professional. He managed to handler our "requests" with ease, nothing was too much hassle. making our stay at your hotel like "home away from home". I called him my "brother". please say hello and thank him again.

in booking.com, thy mentioned babycot will be provided upon request. once reaching the hotel, the receptionist said thy dont have the service. So i hope the hotel management need to check what infos are being provided in these websites. and the cleanliness of the bathroom need to be improved please.
