The location
The chalets we stay. TV is not ok. Hair dryer is not working. Hot water is not working. Asked the owner if we can check in 2:00pm, but he insisted and rude when negotiate. Asking more money. What's worse is he is rude

Room is okay and clean.
Since its under agent, the hotel didn't provide parking. Need to park outside hotel area, at main road. The room is near the water pump, so it's quiet noisy. The shampoo and body wash were not provided. I'm not satisfied since I paid more compared to I book on website itself.

The Bed quite hard. can feel the spring. the cleanliness 6/10. can see dust at the Day Bed next to window. No big issue. still , nice room to staycation. You are welcome to stay here,. C. In by 3pm & out at 12pm.
This is to share my sad experience : my own mistake. i left & forgotten to collect the birthday cake from the mini fridge. checked out at 12pm. i saw the cleaner cleaning the room at 12.10pm.. since i still around there to snap photo. left the building at 12.15pm. realised at 1:55pm. text the host. host informed they already threw my untouched birthday cake. its so sad. (feel soo down for whole day until now). They will never call guest for any uncollected / left over items. Accept it whether you like it or not. Since they informed that is policy. Other hotel maybe keep for a few hours. [Lesson learned].

The room is as per what i saw online, nice view, 2 queen size bed, bathtub and very spacious for just the 2 of us.
We had "visitors" cockroaches in the toilet, at the pantry areas.

Good water pressure in the shower area. Clean. Cozy. Comfy huge bed. Beautiful view.
