I I cannot judge the skill of the workers, because I slept only one night. But I think the restaurant staff needs to be trained more to become more professional. The other thing is, I think the hotel management can coordinate the dishes better than that. also there is no place in shower room for putting the shampoo and shower gel .

I like the location most and the great underground parking

1- Staff need to be more official to deal with residence 2- There are 2 hotels in booking which is Austria and Bosnia, and the site of booking.com not mention that because the location and view is completely different and it was abig unfortunate to have a different view by not choosing the room that I want to stay in.

Every thing about the hotel. Staff was very helpful and professional. Hotel was exactly what it described. Spacious rooms. Very clean and spotless.For booking.com they arranged a free airport shuttle for pick up from the airport.Surrounding was very ecofriendly. I tried meals from Hotel restaurant and food was very tasty.I willI defenitely recommend Hotel Austria and Bosna to any tourist. I think tourist should not be prejudicial about Bosnia and Herzegovina visit without any fear. Beautiful Country nothing to be afraid of.

The breakfast buffet they had the same menu everyday but we had a greater variety to choose from so I think it was OK. Plenty of food to select from. I am a person who is against waisting food so it didn't affect me.

The facilities are excellent and the reception staff are friendly especially (Amar and Dino) as well as a girl whose name I do not remember and also the cleaning staff

The hotel restaurant is very bad, not up to one star, and most of the time we had breakfast outside the hotel.

we forgot Samsung watch in the room. when called to inquire about it hotel said they don’t have it. so basically it was stolen. never ever coming back and would not recommend anyone

The room was lovely and spacious, bathroom was great with good size shower. The bed was large and very comfortable. What we liked the most was how friendly and helpful the staff was!!! They went over and beyond to make our stay excellent!!! Our family arrived earlier and they let them stay in the restaurant for hours after closing while they waited for us. We got a free airport shuttle the next morning and since we were leaving before breakfast hotel offered us excellent lunch packages. I wish we stayed for longer than just 1 night, I am sure we will be back!!! Thank you to all amazing people working at the hotel!!!

Hotel itself and surrounding area is gorgeous, real natural sanctuary

Hotel probably remember better days, that for sure. And very friendly guys from reception desk couldn’t even do more with the options available.Washroom is a big down point. Sink was leaking all the time making the floor constantly wet. Plumber who visited said it’s not fixable .Splendid facilities, swimming pool… water tooooo cold, sauna… you’ll have to ask way in advance for them to worm it up, even then never reaches more than 70…Massage rooms… looks like somebody left them in a hurry long time ago, messy dark and cold. Actually I’m pretty sure first night we were the only guest there, it was spooky quiet. And, A La Carte restoran…the food we got was way to salty. And last but not the least. I think not smoking hotel means not smoking hotel. You could smell smoke everywhere.But like I said… Nothing you can do about it. It is what it is
