Staff great!

The location was excellent - Vomero is a great neighbourhood to stay in, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The property was clean and well organised, our room was beautiful. Good breakfast and coffee, and very welcoming and helpful staff.

Our only suggestion would be to update the beds, the mattress in our room was a bit lumpy, but otherwise a great stay.

The conditions of this property are very bad, the photos that are posted on booking.com when you do the booking are not the same every thing looks good but in reality the property owners are misleading, the bathroom has mold and is very dirty, i got to the property and we left we did not stay on the property we look for another hotel.

Every thing was bad the condition of the property are terrible please do not book this property. there is mold on the bathrooms and is dirty. Property owners are misleading with the photos they post on the internet are not the same that when you get to the property it is horrible.

Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast room very nice and a good selection. There is a great pedestrian street right around the corner with great shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This particular room had a very small shower. If we were to stay there again we would choose a different room.

Super location. Very clear communication with the host. The room exceeded expectations, it was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Also had air conditioning and a fridge.

Very central location. Easy walk to Funicolare and Metr. Very elegant place. Very good breakfast on premises. Competitive price with respect of hotels in the area.

We were a group of six and booked three rooms. All of them showed some "wear and tear": AC not keeping the room cool enough, broken shower heads, etc. This is a large operation with 11 rooms, so it misses the personal touch of a B&B, but fails to have the organization and manpower of a hotel (e.g. 24 hour reception, maintenance crew, etc.). Price higher than its worth when compared to local B&Bs.

1. Excellent location. 1 minute walk from metro stop. All the best shops is in the Vanvitelli piazza. 2. Best pizza I have ate just 2 mins walk from the hotel. 3. Friendly hotel staffs. 4. Rooms where clean.

1. Our flight was late and we reached 3 hours late at 10:30 PM. No communication from the hotel where received about how to enter the hotel as the main entrance and the hotel entrance open with a 4 digit code. I was calling the hotel reception number and no one picking up the phones as no one was there. With a 2 year old kid, me and my wife was lost and was thinking of going to a new hotel for the night as no body was picking up the phone and there was no communication on how to enter the hotel. Whoever is reading this review can clearly anticipate the mental anxiety we as a parent felt at that point of time. But God praised us (I believe God praised our Kid) and three Ladies (for us they were Angels) was about to enter the same hotel and they showed us what code to enter and how to enter the hotel. The three Angels clearly saved us from a disastrous start of our trip. I atleast expect going forward the hotel will inform their guest in advance how they can enter the hotel. 2. I have seen that a lot of people and the hotel also said that they have the best breakfast. I don't agree with this. I had taken three breakfasts. The breakfast time was from 8 AM to 10 AM. All the days we went around 8:45 AM. All we have seen that it has bread, butter, some hash browns and juice. I asked for eggs and they told that it was finished. I have travelled a lot and stayed in lot of hotels and B&B's. But this is the first time I have seen that the hotel don't have eggs (which is for me is a basic breakfast ingredient). And as also mentioned, the other spread where also very limited. I haven't found any sausages, bacons etc. which is a very common breakfast items in other hotels.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation– it was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near the metro station. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were fresh excellent air conditioning was perfect and strong for the excessive heat in Naples. Breakfast included was abundant and excellently prepared. Very friendly staff

Getting into the building after hours is complicated somewhat. I am 76 and have difficulty walking even up and down a few steps. But the staff assisted me on the elevator and then on few steps

The room was very large and nicely decorated.

I didn't like the check in method. Booking.com advertised a different time of check in to what the owners said it was. There was no communication from the owners of how to access the building, out of their hours, neither did they tell me their check in was four hours difference. Check out time was also different as advertised and when spoken to staff, shoulders were shrugged and said it must be a mistake even when proof was shown. The issue was brushed aside no apologies were made, was just concerned if everything was 'ok now?' Whilst the bed was a good size each side had a crater so you actually slept in the crater, very uncomfortable. Breakfast was meagre and the girl behind the breakfast bar spent most of her time on her mobile phone. The shower head was dual power shower but was broken and very rusty on the base, shower head was floppy and would only shower in the direction of the shower screen. The pictures shown on Booking.com of outside the building must have been taken 20 years ago as it was nothing like shown. The entrance to the building is disgusting leading onto a filthy, squalid courtyard and a lift that uses 10 cents to take you to your floor. Would certainly not recommend. When I submit this its giving an overall score of 8 but that couldn't be further from the truth

Hotel is quite located in central of Naples. Many restaurants nearby. All tourists places are also nearby. Airport is 15 min away.

They should be proactive with check-in instructions.

Nice room, very comfy and a good sized fridge! Breakfast was good, and a nice bright breakfast room.

Mix up over extending the booking which had been agreed by email, but when we arrived there was no record of it. The day before, we were asked to change rooms, which we rejected as we didn't feel it was our fault that there was a problem.

Clean and comfortable room. Vomero is a great location, particularly for people who want to be a bit removed from the hustle bustle of down town.

The room we had was very small, and the hotel was difficult to find. A little sign outside would have been a help.

location was very difficult to find and actually finding the “front desk” was basically impossible. had to get special door codes just to check in but no one sits at reception so I have to find a tenant or the building the hotel is in just to call the girl and tell them we were there waiting

The shower was weird.

Really nice place to stay for one night in Naples. The staff were really helpful, the rooms were comfortable and it is situated very close to a Metro station.

i liked everything but I would suggest having fruit in the breakfast buffet too. It would also be nice to have some blankets in the room in case you are cold during the night, although I am pretty sure the staff would have provided one had I requested it. I believe the hairdryer in our room was broken - it did not bother me because I do not usually use one.

I booked a room for 3 people with 2 beds. They put me in a room with one bed. I’m sorry but that does not work… there was no couch or anything for our 3rd person to sleep and no one was there to resolve the issue at the hour we affirmed.
