Close to the old town

I needed to check in at the hotel next street - which was a busy street with people and traffic to cross. The neighborhood was busy and noisy. The curtain did not close fully and a shop sign right out of the window shined me all night. The shower was terribly designed and the water flooded everywhere.

Great place to stay in Verona. Good size room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. All was very clean and modern. Right in the center of Verona with walking distance to the attractions, shops and restaurants.

Room was nice and in a good location.

Room was nice but spare me…. after we complained you told us the air conditioning in all apartments were switched off due to Government regulations. What a joke, after travelling Italy for 4 weeks it’s seems no one else was effected. Advertised on booking .com with A/C and heated towel rail. Both switched off. We did not get what we paid for.

The room we stayed in was very clean and reasonably looked after. The location of air suite is very central meaning that Verona's attractions were all within walking distance. Although basic, the breakfast I found to be reasonable. Please note that because of covid we were told breakfast to the room service has been suspended.

Unfortunately when we arrived when we tried to turn on air conditioning it wouldn't work. On contacting reception they said that it had been turned off and the heating was likely to be turned on soon. It would be nice if the hotel could adjust their description to give a period when ac would be working and when not. Also in our room the shower cubical leaked.

The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

No A/C. I asked the front desk if the could activate the AC and they said management had already made the decision to shut the AC off for the rest of the season. The room was 24.5° Celsius (76° Fahrenheit) due to global warming its warm and humid in October. I don't care to open the windows as it does not eliminate the humidity and therefore because it's warm during the day and cold at night, you're now likely to get a cold rather than have an even temperature in your room. Either way poor management decision for a hotel that if it had A/C would have gotten a 10 rating instead I'm giving it a 4 or 5 rating.

Was a little hot in the room. You had to open the door to the balcony to get fresh air but outside it was noisy.

Room size was perfect & bdroom facilities were good. Location was excellent. Easy access & yet still very secure. WiFi was easy & the room was cleaned early every morning

The shower was a disaster - water landed everywhere because the shower head was spraying all over. Bathroom facilities overall were average! The breakfast was a disaster - the room & layout was poor & the options were basic & not fresh - we only had breakfast one morning of our 3 night stay even though it was part of our package

It's a dream

Beautiful building, very safe, very clean, spacious room and bathroom, close to the Arena di Verona and the city center with great restaurants, cafes, cultural activities, shops and public transportation, if needed. Staff was extremely friendly and kind, they made you truly feel welcome!

Perfect location in Verona in old town. Room was very modern with comfortable firm mattress.

Reception is across the road in Hotel Mastino. Also breakfast is there.

The bathroom was nice. The bed was big, however split in half (two matresses). The location was good.

The TV didn't work. The Coffee machine didnt work. The room service was non-existant. The breakfast is in another hotel - over the road. The check in is another hotel - over the road. The doors of the room were glitchy and hard to open. The room was cleaned very poorly - only in visible spots. The size of the bed was nice,however there were two little mattresses stiched together - very uncomfortable to sleep together with your SO. To get to your room, you need to go through some kind of office building. The breakfast was very poor. Everything had problems and it is not a 4 star hotel.
