hahaha if there could be some curtains to cover the entertainment area in the rms will be good so adults can have abit of relaxing time watching tv when kids are asleep

super convenient - opposite the train station. and a complimentary room upgrade and holy cow, the room and facilities were amazing. laundry and dryer free! fully functional kitchen with cutlery and wares. staff were helpful too!

hahah missing a safe. need to climb some stairs up to the hotel but ok gd exercise. staff will help with luggage if required.

There were no lifts to the hotel reception. So carrying our standard sized suitcases up the stairway to reception was a little challenging.

Lo mejor lejos es el desayuno. Híper completo y riquísimo. Además cuenta con té y sake 🍶 por la tarde. Ubicación perfecta.

No tenía caja de seguridad. Está en un segundo piso por Escalera. Igualmente te ayudan con las maletas si pedis.

The location was good.

That there were no elevators to the lobby from the street level. As my wife was in a wheelchair it was not accessible.

The location is walking distance from the train and bus stations and around 10mins walk to the tourist attractions. The room is clean, spacious and cozy.

It could have been perfect if there is an option for lift/elevator from the ground floor to the reception area. Taking the stairs with heavy luggage could be a challenge.

Todo. Excelente ubicación, estupendas instalaciones (nos tocó sin vista al exterior pero no importó), el desayuno abundante, variado y delicioso. La atención muy amable. Y Tokoyama una hermosa ciudad.

Nuestra ventana no tenía vista al exterior. Sugiero colocar una lámina con un paisaje de Takayama que sea translúcida para mejorar la ambientación.

Apartment-like. Location. Room size. Bed size. But the AC is put on top of the beds, so it's uncomfortable.

Breakfast time and the staff made the experience in the hotel unpleasant: 1. No access to tea during breakfast. The staff will have to make it for us. it takes them 5-10 mins just for a cup of tea! 2. I went to the dining room 20 mins before the end of breakfast time, and the staff asked me to take away my breakfast in the bento box, instead. Never experienced like this before in any hotel in Japan. It seems they just wanted to finish their job quickly dan didn't care about the guests.

Excellent stay in every respect, clean, comfortable, convenient location, would definately stay again!

The room are clean and good. The breakfast and free sake were fantastic.

The smell of bbq went into the room.

Clean and equipped with all required facilities. All receptionists went above and beyond, including catering staff.

Nothings. Lots of reviews mentioned about there is no lift - I just rang the bell and got assistant straight away.

The rooms were very comfortable, modern, clean and well presented. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close and convenient to train station.

The small flight of stairs to the hotel was a bit awkward with luggage but very manageable and staff are there to help if needed.

廚房設備齊全，很細緻，我們買飛驒牛及蔬菜回來 shabu及煎，很享受，惟一的就是那個電煎鍋，熱度有些不够，其他的用品，調味品都非常齊全，保鮮紙，廚房紙，錫紙都有供應，還有每天八罐免費飲品，廁所及浴室分開，浴室很大，很舒服，早餐也很美味，雞肉串燒及 pancake 是即叫即做，讚！ 房間面積大，非常寬敞。 距離 JR 站及 濃飛巴士站很近，過條馬路便到，十分方便。

惟一有些顧慮就是晚上十時許後便沒有酒店人員當值，句說是在 counter 放了字條寫著如有突發需要，可至電給鄰近同集團的酒店，那邊有人過來，但又沒有本地電話機供應。 （房間內是沒有電話機供應的）, 見議如緊急，最起碼都有部電話機給客人打。

Our room was so big; it was awesome to have so much space. We loved the spa bath and used it well. Having Netflix was a real treat midway through our trip. Fluffy duvets made the beds great. Everything was very modern, fresh and clean. Free use of the laundry was also a real bonus - we got good value out of that! Breakfast was excellent and the chef was delightful.

This property is exceptionally good. We travelled to six hotels last 14 days and we rated this property the best of all. Worth of money value, staff are lovely, facilities rated the best especially free Netflix! Location is so closed to train and bus.

Very close to station. Very clean. Super spacious with kitchen facilities and free laundry on second floor. Lots of amenities including slippers and pajamas.

The ventilation at the breakfast area is poor and can smell the frying of yakitori all over. Breakfast was basic, suggest not to pay for breakfast as plenty of places to eat nearby. A flight of stairs to the lobby for check in so if have lots of bags can be inconvenient. Laundry room right next to smoking room - very unpleasant.

Location was perfect, very near to Takayama station. Clean and spacious room, they provided free drinks in the minibar and kitchen was well equipped too. Front office staffs able to speak English well. Overall, great experience, very good value.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. They always answered my questions before I get there, they speak English and helped me with many things and we received a cute congratulations message for our wedding anniversary. The room is amazing, very spacious and clean with all amenities. The hotel is very close to the station and the attractions. I recommend!

I cannot say I didn’t like, but the only thing is the stairs to enter at the hotel (if you have big luggages) but it didn’t make any difference because the staff helped us. But inside there is an elevator to our room.

Staff were wonderful . Breakfasts were cooked individually for you . Room was huge - i mean HUGE !! Great shower . Hotel is very close to the Takayama station and to OLD TOWN . You can walk to all the local attractions from the hotel .
