so hard to find grab or taxi when u need to go to air port …reception need to ready taxi driver or own a van for the villa

Buffet Breakfast spread was abit of a mess, we chose the 2nd session but literally the first session guests were still on the floors, so space was a bit limited and the spread was a bit slow moving. waited for a while for my prata to be cooked as the cook were nowhere to be seen. The mains such as nasi lemak were not as tasty. Grab people were only able to send up to the guards, so had to walk quite a distance.

The lighting brightness in the living hall need to be upgraded as the lighting looks gloomy during night Need to make sure the wild monkey not to disturb the guest and kids especially at the pool area where they disturb and snatch guest property Buggy services waiting time need to be improved as i neee to wait near to 30 minute just get buggy services Selection of breakfast menu need to be increased as the menu were not sufficient for the guest especially on weekend or public holidays stays

We book jacuzi deluxe room The room was very nice but the discomfort part was the jacuzi itself .. It was not clean ... there is dirty stain in the jacuzi tab .. the tab was sticky and it come out in water the dirty stain .when water fill. Small request to the hotel mgmt to wash the jacuzi tab.

I like the cleanliness and easy process of check in and check out. There were plenty of free parking for guests. Love there was a mini park in front of the villa. The private pool in 2 rooms villa was great and I was having the privacy that I was looking for. The hall was spacious and great. The bathrooms provided are clean. The bed? Damn comfy and have enough room to accomodate 3 people 😂 The airconditioning were cold + with the weather, very comfortable sleep indeed. I encourage guests to bring extra pillows. The pillows provided exactly for 4 pax! 🥲 The breakfast??? Gosh you can eat all you want peeps! Dig in and afterwards you can rent bicycle or get into all the fun activities provided by the resort.

I didnt like where the kitchenette counter is just too simple. Like I wish the kitchenette function when we allow to cook simple meals. The living room lighting need to be upgrade. It was too dim and my grandma having a hard time to adjust her sighting with romantic dinner situation 😭 and pity for her because we thought there was a room in the hall unluckily 2 rooms provided were located upstairs and she have to sleep on the couch tho :( luckily the couch was comfy :D
