The room was not clean, toilet not clean also.TV & Radio not working.

The location was good. Easy access to the shopping mall and restaurants.

The facilities in the room. The bed mattress has to be replaced. My back was aching badly because we are sleeping on the mattress coil! There are cockroaches in the room. The 2 seater sofa can't be seated..

Banyak lipas, staff not ok.

Price was on a big discount for that period

The place need maintenance

The only plus points were 1. The location - easy access to monorail station. 2. Parking facilities [except for parking fee not being covered]. 3. Able to enter the Berjaya Shopping Mall directly from the apartment lifts. 4. Beds were decently comfortable. 5. Room view at night was decently attractive.

What we did not like was a lot : 1. Room had bad foul smell (like it had been used by smoking tenants before us) 2. Apartment furniture ...etc are all very dated/damaged. - Main hall sofa was damaged, surface of the sofa was torn - Wifi could not be used (despite being given the password) - Master bedroom door could not be closed, some floor tiles were broken/damaged. 3. In the 2 bed room - Table lamp was flickering, the power point was not functioning 4. Small baby cockroaches were seen crawling in the bathroom, kitchen and wall. 5. We had to pay for parking. 6. The property seemed to be managed by foreigners.
