Good location. Easy access to all sites

Book a deluxe room with large Double bed with the autumn special package having a free bottle of water and a sweet gift in room. Did not get a double bed only 2 single beds pushed together, mattresses were very uncomfortable and did not receive the water or gift. Room was located on the first floor at the front very noisy with traffic Expecting a lot more from a five star hotel .

All perfect

Everything was exceptional - professional, clean, breakfast, front desk — and room service. Plus I decided to get a massage. It worked out even though the woman didn’t speak English.

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well kept. It is walkable to many areas and there are some cafes and restaurants nearby.

The bar service was very slow and drinks were fair. When checking in we were asked to sit in the lobby until they finished checking in a family ahead of us, and then helped two additional people before I stood up and got back in line.

We got the Deluxe Suite which was fabulous. A huge bedroom and bathroom in addition to a living room which overlooked the city. Very spacious and nice. There was also a bottle of wine and plate of chocolates waiting for us. We ate breakfast at the hotel in the morning and ate dinner there one night as well. Food was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is also a nice coffee shop and bakery right across the street.

Everything was lovely. The location is good, but a slight walk to most attractions, around 10 minutes. Not a problem though.

The room provided was very spacious and clean. The staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful and accommodating! The hotel is centrally located, and you can easily walk to everywhere.

The property is located along a tram line, therefore this means constant vibrations from the tram which passes every 5 minutes up untill 00:00. The vibrations are no fault of the hotel but bear in mind that if you are a light sleeper like myself, you will struggle to a get decent sleep.

Good location, nice staff, room was okay, comfortable.

A/C is controlled by the hotel staff and you have to call to set it up, which means that you cannot easily change the temperature as the day goes by. The facilitie's carpet needs to be changed, it looks old and it's a bit smelly. The lounge smells as well, i think it's because of the cigar room not far.

too small room, also a fitness room, irregular replacement of towels; the staff at the reception was confused, not kindly enough, they didn’t greet us even once when we entered the hotel

THE STAFF'S KINDNESS

Hotel check in/out staff very friendly Leo and Tomislav was a lovely welcome to hotel. Room clean and bathroom modern. 10 minute walk to centre of Zagreb. Breakfast was good and dinner nice.
