This property is remarkable! The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main road. We had plenty of space for us and our 3 teenage children. The house if beautifully appointed which made us feel like we were living in a castle. We were met at the gate by someone from the house. She was lovely, and gave us a tour of the property. We had her phone number for any issues (not that we had any). We contacted her with our departure time and she met us to retrieve the keys when we left.

Just every single thing! Location, restoration, furniture, fantastic view, comfortable beds, cozy sofas, breakfast! we have travelled a lot and this property is definitely rare find.

I cannot imagine that somebody could dislike anything conected with Casa Felicia.

Very cool location overall and our place was great. Unique is what we expected and what we got.

No need for a jacuzzi - it would be better if that were convered to an enclosed shower area. Bathroom doors we simply too small/short.

The best hostess I ever seen and a fabulous place to stay

Stunning property with an amazing array of antiques and trinkets. Very well located close to the entrance to the walled town. Service was top quality, including assistance getting baggage to and from the house from the main gate. We were a family with 2 and 4 year old children and although the stairs were challenging at times this could be managed and the travel cot provided was great.

Only a slight negative, but the jacuzzi does not work. There is not sufficient water pressure to fill it in any way with even Luke warm water.

The renowned Greek hospitality hit new heights at Casa Felicia. I had high hopes, given all the wonderful reviews, and was still blown away by the beauty of the setting and the house, the kindness of the hosts, and all the tiny extras that the hosts did not have to provide but did - it was like finding little treasures hidden throughout the house. They went out of their way to make it easy for my family (me, husband, kids 5 and 8) to visit, down to providing the kids little child-sized bathrobes and suggesting outings the kids would enjoy. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Monemvasia, or, really, anywhere. Such a special place.

It was much more better than expected, there is no words to describe the place & our positive experience. You fan feel treated as on luxury holiday getaway 🙌 I’ll not releave more information to let people be suprised and to not have a second doubt of booking. It is totally worth to pay this amount of the money & best regards for people who have put their heart in this place. We will be back again and again 🙃

Attention to detail, charm, location, Monemvasia itself to start with… the cherry on top was Eftixia the host… she puts her heart into this house and it shows in every corner, she thought of every detail how to make her guests comfortable… truly magical experience

Staying at this residence is an experience in and of itself. The house is amazing, even more beautiful than the pictures can capture. It was like staying inside a museum. Great location, right by the entrance to the castle, very clean, and impressive attention to detail. The host, Eftichia, is amazing, warm and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. We visited Monemvasia together with extended family who were staying at other lodgings, but they all came over to hang out at ours because it was so nice.

unique place in an ancient house, special experience,

no parking nearby and no entrance with car to the old city, have to walk a lot it was not clear from the information available , place is special but have to go down from bedroom using narrow stairs to the bathroom and kitchen the place is too crowded with furniture and decorations, lots of good intentions but outcome is hectic

The house is very pleasant to discover with beautiful furniture and decor, even better than the pictures. The terrace, view and stone walls are stunning. Finally, the service is excellent and kind. We’d come again.

Nothing, except maybe adding a speaker to play music from your phone would a plus.
