The location

We was at 3 floor, and the stairs was too extreme for students

I Arranged to leave our luggage but when we did, I received within minutes an email stating leave the premises immediately, which we had already done !!! we didnt understand why we received this not very nice email as we had made an arrangement to drop off the cases with the Host the week before.

Super central. Great value

The location is outstanding. We couldn’t have chosen a better area. The space is more than adequate for a family with three kids. Bright and attractive. It is about three levels of stairs so be prepared for the climb. Loved being able to watch Netflix and the wifi was a great bonus The communication with the property manager was excellent and timely when we had any issues or questions.

The single a/c unit in hall was no match for the heat wave that came through. We had to source additional fans from a friend who happened to live in Girona. This was not the fault of the provider but is something to consider if you are a family that requires a cool space with strong a/c. There is an ant problem that got to be quite a challenge. The street noise is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper you will need to offset with a white noise app or fan in room

Location is great. Right in the centre, you just step out the door and you are in the heart of Giona. Sleeps 7 adults comfortably. Lots of space. Really liked the small balcony in each room. Our group were all 13 and over, may be a concern with smaller kids.

All very good really. May help some........1 bathroom is a challenge if max occupancy is used (7). A minor concern was street noise and noise from other apartments. There is a very popular late night bar beside the apartment at street level. Didnt mind it too much as it is the centre. Our stay was April, would image the noise only increases in high season. Steps up to apartment may not be suitable for older guests or family with small kids and buggy. Very steep. Cant lock apartment door from inside, (just a pull down handle and its open, code prevents those outside coming in) this would be a concern as a child could open and fall down the stairs.

Location was incredible, right in the heart of the old town.

Overall the property was quite small, having one bathroom was a challenge with 5 adults. However, that's the style of property in the Old Town so to be expected I think. Location was fantastic.

Location was great very spacious apartment beds really comfy would definitely recommend We were a party of 3 women for a city break it was a great find will return

Not much really all good Its on the second floor so if you can't do stairs its not for you but was great for us

Not tidy and ants all over the house

The location was great. Flat very modern and clean.

Would have liked more crockery. Awful smell from toilet that came and went but wouldn’t put me off going back to this flat.

The apartment was in the ideal location and fitted 7 people very well. The host was easy to contact. The beds were very comfortable.

It would have been good to have some hand wash and the correct bin bags left to put out the rubbish.

Very spacious, nice kitchen and three balconies!

Nothing. It was all excellent. The location in Barri Vell is very convenient for exploring the old city.
