Best House on East Beach! Seconds from the beach! Heated pool!
Ven a escapar del ajetreo y el bullicio de esta fabulosa cabaña de playa. A solo un corto paseo de la playa, ¡puedes escuchar el océano desde el porche delantero! Esta fabulosa casa cuenta con 3 pisos con plano de planta abierto: excelente sala / cocina / comedor y 5 habitaciones con 4 baños. Amplias habitaciones de tamaño más gran espacio de almacenamiento. Pisos de pino natural en todo, ascensor desde el nivel del suelo a todas las plantas por un cargo adicional. Cocina con encimeras de granito, estufa a gas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran cantidad de gabinetes y despensa grande. Master suite en el nivel principal con amplio vestidor y lujoso baño. Un adicional de 4 amplias habitaciones en el 3er nivel, todas con vestidores, 2 con baño privado y 2 con baño compartido. El primer nivel alberga garaje doble, sala de juegos grande, 2 porches seleccionados y piscina en patio privado. ¡Esta casa tiene toda la privacidad pero sigue siendo la mejor ubicación en East Beach! Our family of 7 stay in this lovely home celebrating our 50th anniversary. As we checked in, Hurricane Debby arrived. The property manager, Anna was very responsive and helpful in advising us about the storm and a power outage. The home was spacious, and we had plenty of room
While we were confined for 2 days.

The house was amazing! Spacious, clean, and welcoming. Lots of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. While the pool is very small, it was adequate for our little ones. Very short walk to the beach

This property provided a great backdrop for a family vacation. Having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple was key for us. The kitchen was roomy and was well equipped. The pool was relatively small but refreshing. The beach was close by (less than a five min walk) and was a perfect spot for seeing the sun rise. Our neighborhood was safe and relatively quiet. Shopping areas were 10 minutes or so away, as were several nice restaurants. The house location was also convenient for trips to Brunswick and Jeckyll Island. We recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet, roomy house with nearby beach access and shops and restaurants conveniently located.

Very good location and house for our stay. Did want tell you that the door was unlocked when we got there but it looked like the cleaning staff must have had trouble locking it. May need to have that looked at.

Kitchen sink faucet broken (we tried fixing it best we could), dried food in kitchen trash can, missing kitchen counter knob, large water stain on kitchen ceiling, front door knob was broken, front yard unkept with weeds and leaves, no towels in bathrooms, moldy shower liner in one bathroom , stains on bed shams in 2 bedrooms, dirty throw rugs in queen room and basement, Jack & Jill shower drain clogged and unusable (our guests tried their best to clear it), pool was unusable with debris and cloudy water, basement area had not been cleaned, no outdoor trash cans,
The owner did send cleaners to re-clean the house and they did a wonderful job and brought us towels. However, for the rental rate we paid, the cleanliness and upkeep of the house was very disappointing. Would only recommend if the owners did an overhaul on this rental.

Nice house in a charming neighborhood. Very well decorated with a touch of good interior design. Very spacious interior with high ceilings. A magnificent live oak tree at the front and gorgeous swimming pool at the back. Close to the beautiful beaches and the sound on the other side. Nice neighborhood with well taken care houses and gardens. St. Simon Island is a place to explore and visit again and again.

Long family weekend away
The home is literally magazine-cover beautiful, the pool onsite was perfect for our kids and their cousins when rain brought us in early from the beach, and the water pressure in the shower was worth the trip alone! Communication was excellent with our hostess too! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the area and enjoyed staying at the house. Plenty of room to spread out with 8 people.
