Very nice property, love the creek

Inside nice and clean. Nice to have cocoa packs, microwave popcorn and oatmeal packs provided.

Clean, quiet, well stocked. Located with a running creek behind unit with shady balcony. It is on the edge of the downtown with shady residential neighborhood for walking to the downtown restaurants.

The Mill creek is right under the window, lovely sights and sounds. The condo is very clean.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with whatever you need to cook with. The only thing that was not up to what was expected was the TV had blown speakers which made it impossible to listen to, there was no local stations to watch, very disappointed in that. I had to watch my computer to watch TV.

The communication from the host is stellar. You are given a lot of information pre-trip so there are no surprises and very few questions when you arrive. The descriptions are honest and thorough. The balcony literally sits above a creek, which is so relaxing. And this time of year, the creek is running so the sound was a great bonus. The parking space is about 10 feet from the door so loading and unloading bags was easy. The location has the same concerns that come with being close to the downtown of any decent sized city, but not once did we feel unsafe. And it is 7 blocks from the college my kid attends so the convenience made the location a plus for us. It's clean, comfortable, convenient, and well priced. We would definitely stay there again.

We used the kitchen to cook breakfast, and all of the appropriate cookware and utensils were provided. It is a nice open floor plan with everything provided for a comfortable stay (extra towels, pillows and blankets are appreciated). We will be traveling to more of our son's Willamette football games and hope to stay here again. Love the creek out back!

This condo has been nicely renovated with tasteful decorating and well furnished. It was great to have some kitchen supplies available (EVOO, creamer, some spices). Excellent location for access to central Salem as well as highways to surrounding areas. The private deck overlooking the creek was a huge treat for us during our stay. Nearby human services for homeless did not affect our stay.

Excellent location for access to central Salem as well as highways to surrounding areas. The private deck overlooking the creek was a huge treat for us during our stay. Nearby human services for homeless did not affect our stay.

The back deck was worth the whole visit. It was next to Mill Creek, a lazy little creek that travels through Salem, so was a great place to have morning coffee, listen to the creek, watch the hummingbirds and enjoy the quiet. The Master bedroom bed was so comfortable. Communication with the property owners was perfect.

Property was perfect midway point for us to visit daughters in Portland and Albany. Good amount of space in condo for visiting as well. Short walk to state capital building and groceries.

The condo worked great for our family of 4 while we were settling our daughter into Willamette University and attending Move in Days. A 5 minute drive got us to campus, even less to town. It's even within walking distance from McMenamins Boon's Treasury which we dined at more than once! Condo is clean and decorated very nice. The reserved parking spot is right out side and very handy! Love listening to the stream outside.
