My family and I have stayed at this establish 1-2 times a year for over 33 years. We love the location and setup. The host is wonderful as she checks in often and is a delight to work with. The second room was upgraded to a king this year which was a very nice upgrade.

We all loved our stay at this location, the views were just as seen in the pictures. The home was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean that I can't say enough as we were very pleased with everything. I called Grechen only one time and she was spot on to sort it out.
Looking forward to coming back again and hope this unit is available for us.

My wife and I have come to the Indian Shores area for 16 years now, it is our favorite Florida vacation location. Gretchen is a terrific host, we couldn't ask for anything more. Communication is top notch. The condo is exactly as described, everything you need and more. Bayshore gets better and better, it is clean, peaceful, and friendly. We prefer the intracoastal to the gulf side, but the beach is a short walk across the street. Restaurants are plentiful and many within walking distance. Just the right distance from Clearwater to the north and St. Pete to the south. We hope to return for many years to come.

Gretchen is one of the best property owners!!! Great communication, helped increase our stay, recommended things in the area… A+! The condo is in a perfect location & spotless!! You won’t find a cleaner place in the area. We’ve always had at least sugar ants in other places & we had NO bugs in this condo. Beds & furniture were comfortable but we knew it would feel like home when we saw recliners were available for end of day & early morning relaxation. Dolphins swam by daily & we even saw a manatee float by. LOVED it all!! Will be back!
Try the Sunsetter trolley especially if you’re going to Clearwater Beach/Pier 60 area or John’s Pass. Salt Rock Grill was worth the extra $. Sea Dog Brewing has great food & drinks. “Party” boat out of Clearwater on the Double Eagle is a great, practical way to go fishing with kids or a group. Not rowdy - just has plenty of room for large parties/groups, has bathrooms & grilled food on board.
Could keep going but you just have to go see it all for yourself!

We had a wonderful getaway from the cold and snow. The convenience of being right across the street from the beach, a bus system to take us where we wanted to go, good restaurants within walking distance; everything was wonderful. The host was very communicative and provided us with a wealth of knowledge and assistance before and during our stay. Everything was fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Gretchens apartment at Indian shores. The pictures are very accurate, the place is very cosy and clean. The view is amazing, the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stacked. The location is great , within minutes to shopping and retail. Gretchen was always available and responded promptly to our questions. I can only recommend this apartment and the owner Gretchen for an unforgetable vacation. We'll be back!

Beach condo was amazing! Views from every single window. Condo was clean and comfortable, and anything that we needed, was provided. Amenities were clean and well maintained. The covered, conveniently located parking was an added bonus! Location made beach trips quick and easy. Gretchen was kind, responsive, and thoughtful ensuring a memorable visit. Gretchen made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This quiet condo provided plenty of space for our family of four. The location was perfect! Only a short walk to the beach crosswalk and our feet were in the sand! We actually all slept better in the comfortable beds than we do at home (for real)! We hope to visit Indian Shores again in the future and will 100% be booking this condo again!

The condo provided the best of both worlds with a wonderful view of the bay and the gulf. We enjoyed watching the dolphins multiple times a day directly off the balcony. The gulf is easily accessible and visible from all of the windows. Gretchen was an amazing host!

This was our 2nd visit to this unit. It’s by far one of our favorites! The views overlooking the inter coastal from back and Gulf from front and bedrooms is unbeatable. We love watching the dolphins and wildlife from the balcony. The unit is spotless and better than Gretchen describes in the listing. We already can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and had excellent views from every window! The patio was wonderful with comfortable furniture. We appreciated the beach wagon, cooler, chairs, and umbrella. We spent most of our time on the beach as the weather was fantastic and the water was warm and inviting! We hope to visit again!

There is nothing to distract from the beauty of the waterway throughout the day with the boats coming and going. It is only about 5 minutes walk to the beach for morning and evening walks. It is a short drive to everything. We loved the unit. you can even see the ocean from the entry.

This 6th floor condo was wonderful! The balcony overlooks the intercoastal waterway. We spent hours watching boat traffic, dolphins, manatee, birds and even saw some rays! The front also offers great views of the Gulf. The balcony furniture is very comfortable btw. The condo provided beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for your 5 minute walk to the beach just across the street! Within walking distance of the condo there is a coffee shop, restaurants and happy hours and a pedestrian and bike walkway.
The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The laundry room on the 4th floor was very clean and so handy! The pool area and grilling are very nice also. I highly recommend staying at this location!

This was our first extended stay since our recent retirement. It was wonderful to get out of the cold and snowy weather of Buffalo. The condo was great. Very clean and homey. We really enjoyed sitting on the back balcony watching dolphins and boats go by. The beach which was conveniently located across the street was relaxing. There are many restaurants near by and we especially liked the Salt Rock grill which was walking distance from the condo. Gretchen was a great host and checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok. Don’t hesitate to book this condo.

Feels like home.
My family and I have stayed at BSYTC going on 30+ years. As the family has expanded we need more and more condos every year. And over the 30 years we have stayed in almost everyone. This year we stayed in this lovely unit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very clean and spacious and also decorated very well! The only thing I really needed was more towels and a laundry basket as I always like having everything washed before coming home. However you won’t hear a complaint from me because the stay was everything we needed for our family vacation. If you're looking for a home away from home this is it.

This property was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool, quick beach access and convenient location for trips and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and pelicans from the deck with our morning coffee. The property owner is great to work with and gave us recommendations and updates throughout the week. This is an easy one to rate - a perfect five star rating for both the host and condo! We had a fabulous vacation at this lovely condo. I have rented many vacation properties and without fail something is always broken and they never live up to the photos but not in this case. The condo was in perfect condition and the owner Gretchen was wonderful! She replied instantly whenever we had a question or issue. We unfortunately had a wind issue with the umbrella and it broke but Gretchen would not hear of us paying for a replacement. I don't know of any owner who would be that generous. The condo is in a fabulous location with easy access to the beach and the intercoastal waterway view from the balcony provides alot of entertainment. I could go on and on but suffice to say we will return! Thank you again to our host extraordinaire!!

Beautiful Condo
The condo was very clean and just as described. The complex is quiet and very relaxing and the kids really enjoyed the pool area! The views off the back porch are fantastic in the morning while having coffee and catching a dolphin or two going by in the inter-coastal. Great location for a close walk down to the beach, restaurants or coffee shop.

The property was immaculate and had whatever you needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable and Gretchen responded immediately if you had questions. Sitting on the deck was great boats, dolphins and manatees were often sighted. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful place to stay with a great hostess.

Our Beach House Stay September 2021
My husband and I had a wonderful visit to Indian Shores and Gretchen’s condo is suberb. The location can’t be beat, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day watching the sunrise, the dolphins swim and the activity of all the birds and fish, especially during low tide. And of course the beach right across the street for some beautiful sunsets. The condo was comfortable, immaculate, and had everything and more we could possibly need. Just like being at home! Gretchen is a truly wonderful hostess, her communication is excellent, even checking in with us during our visit. I highly recommend this rental for a visit to Indian Shores. Our family had a wonderfully relaxing time at Gretchen's beach home! The views were as advertised, and were spectacular! Family Vacation 2021
Great location in Indian Shores! We loved the condo, it was neat and clean with great views of the intercostal waterway! Unfortunately we didn’t get much beach time as the red tide was bad the week we were there. No worries though, we found plenty of other things to do.

Nice condo with great views
Condo was just as described and very nice. Views were spectacular from all around the condo and it was a joy to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. We even got to see a fisherman catch a small hammer head shark and another fisherman a stingray. All the extras at the condo made going to the beach, so much easier. Thank you Gretchen for the use of your lovely place and for taking the time to check in with us. It was a wonderful week and we will be back.

Our family of four loved our stay in Indian Shores. Gretchen’s communication both leading up to our stay and during our stay was top notch. The condo’s location was perfect! The unit had all the amenities we needed. My children enjoyed the pool while my husband enjoyed fishing off the dock with the pole provided in the unit. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect vacation stay!
We loved Gretchen's property! My husband commented that it was one of his all time favorite places to stay, and he's pretty picky! The condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described. You have gorgeous views of the gulf from dining room, kitchen and both bedrooms, and a large balcony overlooking the canal. We saw dolphins swimming down the canal every day. I'm an avid bird watcher and loved seeing all of the different birds hanging out around the canal.
We can't wait to plan our next vacation here!
