Property was very clean, with everything you needed. I loved that there was handwash and cleaning products as surprisingly they are not always provided. Beds were super comfy and there were enough glasses, crockery etc. It really felt like a home rather than a rental.

Ideal plase to rest .Have good use of the kitchen. Very quiet with no disturbance.

A little weeding around the place.

Nice quiet location, pleasant walk into the village, which had everything you needed, shops, cafes, pub etc, easy access to walking trails and not far to reach other areas by car.

We slept in the small room and the bed was very small and unfortunately not particularly comfortable. Nice touches like coffee pods and welcome cake (yum). But the it could do with a lick of paint.

Very comfortable and well equipped. A few very minor problems - needed to run dishwasher more often than needed due to limited cutlery and crockery, a light bulb blown & a towel rail not hot. Nothing to detract from the high quality accommodation.

Our main complaint (not Emma's fault as far as I know) is that we booked a long way ahead for five nights, and at quite short notice we were informed that the Barn House was double booked for our last night. I was told that I should cancel our final night to get a refund from Booking.com, which I did. Emma messaged an apology but we have had nothing else by way of compensation which am unimpressed by. The Barn House is situated in beautiful countryside and is only 2 miles from shops & restaurants. We are walkers but unfortunately the narrow road to the town is unsuitable for walking, and we needed to take the car to access all our walks as well as for shopping

Very nice and stylish modernization on a farm property. Convenient location to several sites we wanted to visit. parking was included.

Lovely clean property that has been well thought out, it offers plenty of space for a family and all the utilities you could need. Everything was easy to find and the host provided very clear instructions. Would happily recommend this property.

It wasn't walking distance to the village and you couldn't pick up phone calls in the house (though you could a little way outside)
