the shower and bedroom were really nice ! Can’t complain really. Staff were nice and accommodating plus breakfast was well nice too.

The walls are thin though so you can hear the people in the next room.

Wonderful staff, great location. Fantastic ambience and facilities.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great but this wasn’t a huge issue in 9 degrees heat.

During my stay at this hotel, I experienced nothing short of a delightful experience. The room matched the portrayal in the pictures precisely, and all amenities functioned flawlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to return as it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Hot rooms meaning couldnt sleep. Incredibly annoying. Reception confirmed air conditioning not working and couldnt open window. Many people had the same poor experience.

Shower blocked flooded bathroom booked for three days reception put it down as two on second day I asked about this I was told no problem it was a mistake the next day my room was blocked had to go to reception and explain again safe in the room wouldn’t open reported Saturday phoned reception and went to reception 4 times took 24 hours before someone came and resolved the problem

I loved all of it. The staff were lovely and polite the breakfast was amazing and the rooms and the reception area was so clean. Felt like I walked into a Palace and not a hotel. It was in yhe perfect location so easy to access anywhere from the trams

Just the overall layout and the facilities the room was amazing it was my first time and wish I had my wife with me as I was by myself a on a business trip , I can't fault anything from the staff at reception to the hard working house keepers and general staff all just make you feel welcome,honestly hands down the best hotel I've stayed in for that price and definitely can't wait to visit again when next im in Birmingham totally brilliant 👏

Lovely hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was quite impressive, too! There was food available to order non stop, the location was central. I loved it!

The lifts seemed to be glitching a bit-made us worried, so we took the stairs.

Nice ambience, lobby always smelled amazing,centrally located, Comfy rooms, lovely bathroom with quality toiletries.

Breakfast could do with vegan options. Area you had to go through to get to the parking was less than clean.

it’s a bit tired

location was great! rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfy! Staff at reception were fab, very friendly and accommodating.

the noise on the corridors, younger lads banging doors and shouting between 2 and 4am on our first night -no one came to resolve the issue. breakfast awful , what was meant to be hot was cold and what was meant to be cold was hot.
