The roof top terrace was amazing, and the service on the terrace as well.

The breakfast room was packed and chaotic and we had to wait long for breakfast and coffee.

Super confort, le lit, les draps juste wow! Personnel vraiment sympathique et aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Petit dej avec beaucoup de choix. Le rooftop avec la vue et avec les supers cocktails un plus!!

The hotel staff was so welcoming! They made you feel at home and made my stay unforgettable. The hotel itself is quite peaceful and in a great location. The rooftop bar has a nice view with a great happy hour. My room was perfect and kept super clean and cozy, thanks to the housekeeping lady! I will definitely stay here again!

The Location of the hotel is excellent! The staff is very warm and helpful especially Jenny. Their Newly launched Skybar has a great ambience! The rooms are very comfortable and always cleaned properly.

I suggest they could increase some Vegetarian options.

Jenny and the entire staff were amazing! Jenny did and excellent job with coordinating any transfer we needed (including an airport transfer) and also showing/telling us of places we should visit or food we should try! all of the staff was so helpful and accommodating with anything we needed while there!

The staff at the hostel are very resourceful if you need help with something at the hotel and, unsure about what to do in Hanoi. Jenny and, jimmy at reception stood out in terms of their insight and, comfortable welcome

The people / the Staff, regardless if cleaning, breakfast, reception, concierge, drivers..., all extremly kind, helpful,... They burn for what they are doing and living for. Getting known the "Old Quarter", ideal hotel to expore the city.

The staff couldn't have done anymore to make our stay more enjoyable and this is why we have rated it so highly, they were highly attentive and personalal. The room was lovely, as were the communal areas.

Nothing springs to mind. We had a small issue with our room at first, but they resolved it immediately and went above and beyond.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, juice, homemade yogurt. We were able to order delicious omelettes and fried eggs. The room was clean, spacious, and attractive. Very quiet. The location could not have been be better. Right in Old Hanoi, 2 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The level of service was superb. The men and women at reception went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Always smiling, genuinely interested in our experiences. Helpful….phone calls to restaurants and tour companies. Application of a bandaid to my arm when I nicked it. Accompanied me across the street to show me the location of a pharmacy. Nothing was too much trouble. The price was incredibly reasonable.

Nothing. We had 2 stays, one of 2 nights, another of 4 nights. We will definitely stay at La Nueva again if we return to Hanoi. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at.

Jimmy, the front desk manager, provided exceptional wonderful service, as he recommended at my request various types of Vietnamese restaurants near the hotel within walking distance to sample the local food including the Ban My next door which was superb! He also recommended areas to visit too in Hanoi and drew their location on the map. Wonderful service Jimmy! You made a world of difference to this hotel by your hospitality and service. Jenny was also wonderful and friendly providing excellent service for the tours and places to go. She was friendly to us right from the moment we met her. The other front desk service staff were excellent and friendly too. The whole team lead by Jimmy made a world of difference to this very comfortable stay at the hotel with the assurance that help will always be provided if needed. Request made for a high floor (as we are light sleepers) and the hotel allocated us with our Junior Suite on the 10th floor. The room though facing the street was very quiet. We did not hear any road noise. We only heard occasionally some noise from the construction next door but it was not loud and it stopped at night except for once when there was some cement foundation laying which we were informed of it in the day and evening, with sincere apologies from the front desk staff and a notice was also left on the bed. However, that was for only a short while. The hotel is right in the centre of the Old Quarter and walkable to most destinations. It is a great and convenient hotel, with wonderful service staff. The breakfast was good too on the 12 floor and you can also select from a menu what type of eggs, noodles etc.

The towels could be just a bit fresher.

The location of hotel in the old quarter meant that we were in the heart of the city with lots to do within walking distance or a short grab ride. The staff were wonderful and came back to a clean room. I also appreciate the hotels communication and provision of ear plugs with a building site next door and the general street noise ( constant beeping of horns).

unfortunately there was some construction going on next door. Booking.com mentioned this beforehand, nevertheless the workers started very early. On a positive side: we started early discovering Hanoi.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful! And it's right in the middle of everything so great location as well. The food was also nice with a fair selection.
