Waited well over an hour for the room to be made ready.

Super depressing, one of our rooms was stinking like an ashtray, we decided to book another hotel at the spot and not spend the night in the Premiere Class at all.

Staff helped with auto check in, even after hours. Translation was difficult, but the staff helped even though they couldn't speak English. Excellent service from this person. Free parking. Cheap - but probably better options out there.

Room was unbearably hot. Aircon was useless. Shower/WC was so small, everything got wet during a shower. 2 am argument next door woke us up. And again at 8am.

la propreté notamment les deux premiers jours -chewing gum collé sur la fenêtre, moutons de poussière et papier derrière la porte, moisissures dans la douche, lampe du bureau qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Stayed here a few times because it is convenient, but a bit basic.

Dirty, very dirty Bed bugs, many members of my family got bitten. They gave us bin bags to segregate potential contaminated clothings... Poor customer service, manager ignored us for over an hour and refused to refund us for this honour of paying to be bitten and potentially carry bugs with us.
