The rooms need to be cleaned. The furniture is dirty and the pillows are not comfortable and the bathroom has nothing for personal hygiene and the toilet is not clean and has an unpleasant smell. For a 4 Star hotel at the quality of everything and horrible. Breakfast has no taste of anything. Just like a hospital meal. Disappointed with your 4-star hotel. The very high value for a room that has nothing comfort or cleanliness.

Toilet very smelly, properly came from the drain hole. Booked for two pax but pillow given one big one small, not very appropriate. Room is small but ok for one night.

The location was great, accessible via toyohashi train station directly. You have many transport options at hand - Shinkansen, trains, taxi, local tram. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were professional and could speak English well enough for a conversation.

Convenient

The beds are very hard & uncomfortable. Probably not in every room. We had to change rooms & pay more which was a little disappointing as we had stayed several times in the past with no problems.

The hotel is situated at the train station, and lower floors are a shopping area. We were able to grab a quick dinner in the shopping area, and then shop for souvenirs before heading back to the hotel to rest. It was perfect for how convenient it is. The staff is very friendly and helped our family to plan our visit to the natural history museum, as we didn't know about pre-purchasing the ticket ahead of time. The staff even lent our kid a book from their library and a thermometer in the middle of the night. I checked in using English just fine.

The breakfast although had a wide selection, I feel the quality could have improved. I didn't like the texture of the scrambled egg, it was very mushy and not eggy at all. Also the breakfast started a little late to me, I don't know if it was because it was on a Sunday 7:00am. Parking for our minivan was a little far, not adjacent to the hotel.

The location is superb. The hotel is directly connected to Toyohashi Station. The rooms are simple but clean and have all the basic amenities you may need.

The location in the Toyohashi train station was excellent. The bus station is just outside, with buses and trams. The room was spacious and comfortable. We thought it was good value. There's a department store and supermarket in the station, as well as a Family Mart convenience store at the entrance to the hotel. Toyohashi itself is interesting with a castle ("Yoshidajo"), a reconstructed house originally built about 1800 years ago, a beautiful plum orchard and a great little café at the Toyohashi City Art Museum (near the castle).

The breakfast, which we didn't buy, was overpriced we thought.

Great location and customer service is nice.

The air-conditioner cannot be changed from cooler to heater. Meaning in winter, it will only allow you to use the heater. The room just ends up stuffy if you don't turn anything on. End of the day, I slept for 3 hours.
