Room was quite good, confortable. They give two bottles of water every day, personnel were kind.

Gym is not so good, they don't have so much equipment and you can notice that cleaning is not done in that room never. Actually, the four days I spent there, I can bet they even get down there to see if someone us the gym or something.

I like everything in this hotel. Rooms are big. They have all staff in the bathroom.its located in very quiet street.if you need to live somewhere for e few days and try to enjoy of cirencester this ideal place for this. No traffic noise.very peacefully. Breakfast was normal.

Room and all hotel are very dirty room bathroom very very dirty some devices damaged room very smelly. Breakfast poor. I’m not recommending this place.

I recommend this hotel, because the place was very clean, the service staff was excellent. A good place for the hotel, lots of ambassies around the hotel.

Excellent service by the staff (thank you!), the suite was great for the price. Location was good with a nice city view from the breakfast hall. Also close to some nice shops and F&B outlets in the embassy district. City center and tourist sites are cheap taxi rides away.

Breakfast portions were good but a bit basic, probably due to covid? The room facilities are a bit old too (esp. sofa bed, toilet shelves/hooks). Minor things compared to the great experience we had!
