I have visited this hotel on so many occasions, every time i come to stay here, it so clean, nice decor and always smells fresh and clean toom staff are very friendly and helpful.

I dont eat in hotels so it didn't effect me or neither would it prevent me staying here but the menu doesnt have a great variety, its fairly vague but im sure its lovely food!

Very good hotel set at a great price. Comfortable, spacious enough for a couple, great TV accessibility, size and position at the end of the bed in the room. Lovely bathroom and shower. Does the job and is an affordable gem of a hotel situated close to absolutely everything, you can walk everywhere. Also lovely, attentive staff who feel like friends from the first time meeting; asked about our stay and showed a genuine interest.

The wifi was rather spotty and the lift was rather small considering there is only a singular lift for the hotel and any staircase access wasn’t clear as seemed only for staff.

The receptionists Nuvola and Karina are exceptional. Their targets is to make sure that the customer becomes part of the hotel and make sure that the customer will choose the Z Hotel again. Sky Tv is super as we like sport very much. Information about places to go or how to go is provided. Tea can be done in the room. Drinking water is provided in the room.

The pillows are not comfortable.

Superior room we booked had the best view I have ever had for any city I've visited. It was very close to everything you needfor a weekend break. Breakfast was lovely coffee could have been hotter that's all.

Everything was what we expected and more for a comfort hotel and have no problem with recommending it to friends and would use the hotel chain in all cities

The location and the girl who checked us in was lovely

The room was very small, and there was only one charging port in the whole room? So only one of us was able to charge our phone and I kept having to unplug to boil the kettle. If you’re staying in a ‘double room’ you should have more than one charging port.

Excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was so comfortable. Nice breakfast was provided in a comfortable surrounding. We were looked after and made to feel welcome.

Only downside was the room was a little smaller than expected and we would consider booking a room with a window next time, however this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Helpful staff and a great central location. Would recommend!
