The Villa is absolutely stunning. Teresa was incredibly helpful and took care of every detail perfectly. The Restaurant’s she recommended were some of the best we had in Italy. Highly recommended.
Only negative is that it is a little out of town and we had some difficulty with taxi’s finding the location. Having your own vehicle would be ideal otherwise booking ahead or through Teresa.

spectacular, everything about it. The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Teresa was a wonderful host. If in Sorrento this accommodation is a must. Thank you for having us, we will come again!

View was amazing, decorations were amazing, the fact that you can literally stroll into the lemon and vegetable gardens, or enjoy a coffee by the pool made us not want to leave the villa at all.
there isn't anything I didn't like

A unique experience- staying in a grand villa with fantastic setting and views.
Comfy, special, great breakfast, helpful staff.
Wouldn't change, it's all part of the charm

Great views, great breakfast, special atmosphere. A real treat for a special occasion.
Gardens are beautiful and a private swimming pool for just a few guests.
It is good as a special experience, you stay at an old villa that has beautiful decor but is not fully modern and not designed to have "hotel" facilities.

Beautiful view! Teresa was very responsive and did an excellent job of getting us great transportation to local sites.
We were never without food but the option to have dinner would be a nice addition.

Capo Santa Fortunata is truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. We stayed for a week in early October and our junior suite felt luxurious yet personal for our family of four. The grounds, outdoor facilities and pool were all fantastic and as we had them mostly to ourselves through the week, they greatly enhanced our stay. The views to Sorrento and the bay of Naples only added to an already impressive package.
Teresa and her team (with special mention to Mariella and Marisa) were always on hand to help make the most of our trip and even arranged a delicious mousse cake for my wife on her birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always made to feel like part of their family. A very special break in a beautiful, caring and enchanting place.
Should you wish to visit Sorrento itself, there is a 2km walk along a busy road but buses and cabs are readily available. Additionally, should you wish to walk on a quieter route, there is a slightly longer path up and through the hillside village. Well worth a visit if you’re not in a rush (and why rush?).

Absolutely a paradise! Most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed
My dream to live there hasn’t come true …yet!

A beautiful property with very kind and accommodating staff who make you feel very welcome! The breakfast is amazing and the panoramic view is one of a kind! I will definitely be back whenever I return to Sorrento. Also looks like a wonderful place to have weddings. No complaints at all, simply outstanding.
We only stayed 1 night :)

Theresa was available and helpful. Angela checked us in, told us about the villa, and described the delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly, the grounds beautiful, and our view from our room was stunning. We enjoyed wine on our private terrace with a view of Mt. Vesuvius. This was a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the ruins at Pompeii and Herculaneum. Well worth the splurge!

The house is absolutely stunning with a lot of historical pieces and amazing atmosphere. The host Teresa was really helpful, welcoming and made us feel at home. Will visit again!

The position of the villa is absolutely stunning with beautiful views across the Bay of Naples. Set in its own extensive private grounds you are world away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, yet it’s only a 5 minute drive away. the pool area is a fantastic spot and we had to purse most of the time. Teresa, Marinella and the team looked after us beautifully; breakfast, lunch and drinks by the pool were provided together with trays from the garden like fresh figs. The rooms are ‘shabby chic’, but every comfort is provided.
The fixed air conditioning units in the room (Juinor Suite) weren’t particularly effective however a mobile air con unit was provided once we made the team aware, which really helped for sleeping at night (especially in August). It would be good to have an information sheet in the room describing what’s available (lunches, delivery of evening meals if required etc) however Teresa was always available on WhatsApp and very responsive to any questions.

The host Teresa was lovely, the location is incredible and we were lucky to have total privacy the whole time. The views and setting are beautiful and the room was clean and super comfortable, and beautifully furnished. breakfast also excellent!
Cannot believe it is listed as a 3 star place, it is much nicer than that.

EVERYTHING was dreamy! From the hospitality to the setting, everything was just simply perfect!! Teresa is so sweet, accommodating, and always available for guidance and help. Marissa, Lena, and Rosario also made us feel at home…just like family!! Each of them will stay with us in our hearts always!

beautiful property with outstanding views
a bit of a hassle to get to city center where we spent a lot of our time going on boat tours and dinner.

Staff was amazing. The grounds are heavenly with swoon worthy views. The smell of lemons permeates everything
Only negative was the wedding we didn't know was happening. Would have liked to know ahead of time...it went LATE

Staff, stunning views, gardens, pool, Teresa was very helpful. we will return
It was very hot and the air conditioner was not adequate for the heat.

we got a very large two bedroom suite with very nice view of the villa's landscape and the sea.
the villa is a historical place beautifully furnished in a vintage style.
Teresa the manager is extremely friendly and helpful.
8 minutes drive from the center of Sorrento.

We had such a lovely stay in Capo Santa Fortunata. We loved our room on the top floor with access to a private rerrace. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent. Teresa did a terrific job making sure we felt welcome and had all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Can't wait to go back.

beautiful in every way
a little noisy at night - a family arrived at midnight and had young children who woke us up

A magical experience in a beautiful location

the terrace looking over the gulf of Naples was beyond words. the gardens and common areas were very beautiful and tasteful. it is hard to imagine a more comfortable place to stay on the entire coast.
it would have been helpful to have the code for the gate prior to arrival. we arrived without access to Wifi or cell service.

This was a lovely stay and we were well looked after by Teresa.

There simply are not enough words to describe how wonderful Capo Santo Fortunata is! The staff is incredible - Teresa, Marilena, Lena and all were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make us feel like family and like we were at home! They are truly wonderful. Teresa arranged all of our reservations, covid tests, transportation - she is always available and happy to help. She even decorated and had a cake brought in for our daughter's birthday. Marilena took the time to teach our daughter how to bake in the beautiful kitchen. The house is gorgeous. We were left speechless when we first arrived - our suite was so beautiful it exceeded all of our expectations and the views are priceless. The grounds and pool are so beautiful we found ourselves wanting to relax and stay in rather than exploring out in town. We will return again and again!
Nothing - everything here is perfect

We had an amazing time, Teresa was exceptionally helpful from the moment I made the booking. Any question I had was answered and any request I made was met. We celebrated our daughters birthday and Teresa arranged for a beautiful birthday cake. Also, she assisted us with coordinating a private boat tour to Capri. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff make you feel like your family. The property itself is private, away from the crowds and is well manicured and the views are incredible.
There isn’t anything negative to say just a suggestion. Perhaps provide fans in the rooms during the summer months.

Excellent view from room and grounds were amazing. Great property for walking. Kitchen on the property and they were able to accommodate special requests and breakfast was excellent. Great amenities.
Water pressure in the room shower was weak. No air conditioning but didn't need it in May. If you take your car, it should be small - the entrance gate is narrow.
4.8
A quiet location away from the city center and close to a charming historic cove. Great staff.
4.8
The room we stayed in was spacious and we loved every aspect of it. The surrounding garden was enormous and we had a great view of Mt. Vesuvius and other parts of the coast. The location of the property is a bit off from Sorrento, which is exactly what we were looking for.
On one of the day we had to leave a bit early (to Capri) and we asked for early breakfast. But the property informed us that 7:30 was the earliest they could do. So instead they offered to pack us something for the road. They packed us sandwich, fruits, snacks etc and it was very much appreciated.
The property had a swimming pool. It was not heated, so it was a bit chilly given that we visited in October but the kids still loved it! They also have a small but well equipped gym.
Private and closed off parking for the car.
If I have to call out one thing for improvement (and not as something I "dislike"), it would be to have a coffee machine or at least some form of coffee/tea system available for the guest to use outside the breakfast times. For coffee-heads like my wife and I this is sometimes sorely needed :)

Just loved this place. Great staff, breakfast is great, rooms are gorgeous and love its history and there are only 4 rooms. Great pool too and super close to a very local area to go swimming (15 minute walk). We had dinner there one night to that is all local food and dinner was just us in the communal dining area
Nothing about the property but the area is a little out of Sorrento. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Sorrento and buses are ok to get but not great and taxis super expensive comparative to the rest of Italy
