The first room was a hot mess.. not clean.. no AC or fan.. very small. After complaining they finally changed the room reluctantly and this one the bed was in terrible condition.. the headboard was loose, the Mattress was bad and you keep rolling off to the side and the overall experience was a bad one.. they are doing false advertisement about the property..

Located on a quiet side street, the hotel is manned by a very polite and helpful staff, my room was clean and spacious, with warm water from the shower and I really enjoyed sitting by the small garden courtyard.

Very good customer service, many details in the rooms to improve. The location is not very accessible to points of interest. However, we didn't get a room that we booked and we got an old one that had 4 beds and was on the first floor. After some hours, because of not being able to charge our phone, my girlfriend had enough and asked for another room. Guy at the desk did his best and we got better room.
It was ok, not the great value for money.

The breakfast was really nice :)
Unfortunately there was some kind of karaoke night going on next door both nights we stayed. Not the hotels fault but it did affect our stay

It was a good hotel for one night. It has a good location in Panajachel and you get a decent breakfast in the morning.

There was very little we liked to be honest.
The no toilet paper, ants on the wall and no running water. The bed was uncomfortable and we could hear everything in other rooms. With cats screaming outside also.
I would not recommend here at all.

There is a church that has a service from 7 to 10 and they play the music so loud the windows rattle. You will not be able to sit in the room during this time. They will not refund you and also they will refuse you to speak to management or owner to resolve the matter. They are aware or the noise but are not talking any steps to resolve the matter. I've heard concerts at a bar lower than what was happening there. There event center is directly behind this place. Therefore with that the rooms and the attitude of the staff I would highly recommend another location.

good location, good value, just 3 blocks away from the city night life.
We weren’t told about the breakfast schedule and figured it was til 11. The manager said 10:30 and the cook said 8-9. We ended up having cold breakfast.
