Location is good to go around the city and walking distance to local events such as street food, night markets,shopping areas ect... Staff are good and pleasant especially Mr. Steve Kim, Jun Kim and the restaurant staff.

Lightings in the room is not bright. I had to use the flash light to read and find things. The whole lighting system needs to be replaced. Jun Kim is very nice and pleasant. However, when he gets the taxi for us, it always +W20,00 higher when the Taxi dropped us off than the pre-quote he first told us. While other staff get Taxi for us with the same distance or location, the price is about the same as pre-quote and much lower. It gives me the impression of some kick-back transactions here. Breakfast is 1-star level. Exactly same food every day. No fruits and sweet for coffee.

Perfect location to get around. Subway around the corner and busses at the end of the street. Had Starbucks on one side and 7Eleven on the other. Lotte across the road. A special mention to Mr. Moon at the restaurant, he looked after us exceptionally well.

Room had no place to keep clothes, couldn't unpack anything other than shirts and sweaters.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to many sites and shopping districts. Easy bus from airport.

To start with, we checked in and were told we had booked an accessible room which was slightly bigger but furniture would be lower. This is not how the room had been advertised. We asked if there was another room we could be moved to but were told the hotel was fully booked. The room was poorly laid out with light switches behind the bed (pillows) and sockets covered by furniture. The hotel was saving energy by having a two season heating/ cooling system. Although the outside temperature averaged about 11 degrees during our stay, the air con was on for the summer season. We were told to turn this off if cold but no heating function was available. Needless to say the room was freezing. We brought this to the attention of the manager and asked for a heater but were told this was against health and safety. We were offered to move to another room for our last night only as the higher up rooms hadn’t complained it was cold (would have to check out from our current room at 12 and wait for the next room to become available later in the day) and that we would be contacted the next morning for the move but didn’t hear from anybody. The gym is very basic and has 3 different machines only. The staff did not always speak/ understand English and some were quite dismissive of questions/ requests. Others were very helpful. Overall our stay was less than satisfactory and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The location is first rate a short walk to almost everything. A little different boutique style of hotel with the reception up on the 15th floor and the frontage being very small next to a star bucks.

Not having restaurant put me off at first but with so much around it’s wasn’t an issue

Quite spacious rooms with little fridge, comfortable bed, very good location.

Minor issues- I would have liked to have a bathtub. Reception was not on the ground floor which was a bit bizarre, but not an issue.

Location is great. Staff very nice. The room was too small for three. They shouldn’t offer this room as triple. Restaurant was still close for the pandemic after two years and a half, unbelievable!

Chambre minuscule, lit tout petit, nous étions deux adulte avec un bébé de deux ans et le lit faisait 140cm de large bref mauvaise nuit, mauvais rapport qualité prix. L’état de la chambre était bof, plutôt usée.

Great location. The connected rooms were perfect for a family of four, including two teenage boys. The beds were really comfortable, we had an amazing nights sleep. Would highly recommend this hotel.

ロケーションは良かったです。 地下鉄駅までも５分ほどはかかりますが、トランク抱えてでも、苦ではない範囲です。 明洞へも南大門へもアクセスはとっても良いです。 １Fスタバ、となりコンビニ2件。これもまたいいです。 明洞へは、出てすぐの地下街（明洞地下ショッピングセンター）から行けば、行けます。 ロッテ百貨店へもその地下から行けます。フードコートはもう真向いです。 部屋は静かですし、テレビもサムスンのアンドロイドテレビ。 朝夜のホテルでの時間もゆっくり過ごしました。 2日目はテイクアウトをホテルで食べたので、映画見ながら過ごせました。 私の宿泊時のテレビ評価は大切だと思っています。とってもいいテレビでした。 NETFLIX、ディズニー+、見れます。ただしアカウントは必要です。 ログアウトもお忘れなく（いつも前の人のメールアドレス残ってたりするので） 毎日ペットボトル2本つきました。 シャワーのみとの表示がありましたが、違うサイトで見ると、バスタブの部屋もあるとのことだったので、 バスタブ付の部屋の指定を予約後にしました。 可能な限り対応しますとの返事をもらっていました。希望通りバスタブ付のお部屋でした!! スタッフの方も日本語対応の方は、ピンバッチを付けておられるので、わかりやすく良かったです。 チェックインはは17階です。チェックアウト後の荷物は、１Ｆのフロントの方が対応。 かなりの数の荷物がありました。 ホテルはとってもいい匂いで、出入りの際には癒されました。

12月末でも-１～5度と温かかったソウル。 館内暖房はソウルはきついんでしょうね。 室内暖房をオフにしても暑い。 館内暖房で通常25度くらいありました。 室内暖房をオフにして、窓を開けて調整してくださいとのことでしたが、 窓を開けても、23度くらいで暑い。 12月末、窓を開けて一晩過ごしましたが、無風のためか、結局23度くらいのまま。 乾燥にはご注意を。 トコジラミの件が心配だったので、ベットの四隅を見ようを思いましたが、見てはいけないくらいホコリがありました… 見なかったことにして、ベットは戻しました。（気にしだしたらどうしようもないので） 問題はありませんでした。 一番困ったのは、コンセント。 変換プラグは持っていましたが、○型の口もあるので、使えたのは、2か所のみ。 USBの充電プラグはありません。 テーブルのコンセントは、プラグの口がおかしくて、入りませんでした。 頑張って入っても、私の持ってた変換プラグは、下にUSBの口があるタイプなので、 させても下のスペースがなく、USB使えないので、どちらにせよ辛かった。 実質お風呂場（ドライヤー用）のところのプラグしか使用できず。 せめて枕元に欲しい。 スマホが充電できるように、枕元USBがあると非常にうれしい。 テーブルにでもいいので。 2号線ウルチロイック駅が最寄り駅になります。 地下鉄7番出口は、のぼり半分エスカレーター、半分階段です。下りは全部階段。 地下鉄8番出口だと、のぼりは全部エスカレーター。下りは半分階段です。 地下鉄のホームまでは、エレベーターがあります。 空港まで地下鉄お使いの方は、8番出口がお勧めです。帰りむちゃくちゃ重かったトランクでここが最大の難所でした。 アクセスは悪くはないのですが、明洞行くにしても、南大門行くにしても、地下街を通らないといけないので、少し不便さはありますね。 今回は息子とでしたので、歩き回る分には問題なかったですが、これが母となら、立地は向かないかなと思いました。

Location of the hotel was good. Not the nearest to Myeondong station where most meet up points for local tours were but still considered walking distance. You can also do your own laundry in this hotel within a time frame. 3000won to wash and 3000won for the dryer. I will say this is good for traveller who stays more days.

We had a connecting rooms which is actually fantastic but I don’t have ample space to put our large pieces of luggage. I’m not sure if any other travellers have that problem but I did find that space is an issue. There were also not enough hangers given in each room.

Location is good, right in Myeongdong. No lack of food choices and shoppings!

One of the Connecting rooms has no window and it didn’t help when they don’t have aircon during winter so it was really stuffy. Rooms are small too.

The location is excellent. Easy and quick access to myeongdong and to many eateries. Room was comfortable. I would say to not ask for 507 or 607 if you don’t want to be looking at the back of a building with ac compressors etc. But since we were out most of the time it didn’t bother us much

ホテルがとても清潔で快適でした。また、男性のスタッフは感じが良かったです。

明洞としてホテルを探したのですが、駅から遠く、明洞駅から歩くにはかなりきつかったです。また、フロントのスタッフがほぼ日本語が話せず、やや困りました。

立地が良い。

暖房が効かない。空調が調整できなかったので、常に寒い思いをした。 3泊したが、一度もシーツを交換してしてなかった。 汚れてたのに。

Location is superb. Room is good - just not enough lightings - and we have to bring our items to the toilet to read labels - and no option for bright/lukewarm/warm 3-1 lights. Cleanliness - good. it will be good to be provided bedroom slippers.

Location was great. SO close to Myeongdong. Housekeeping was always on top of things and were the only thing we were happy with, coming back to fresh towels and our beds made after a long day outside.

Upon arrival for check in at 11pm on 20/11, male front desk staff with last name 'Kim' was very unfriendly and not welcoming. He does not greet, rude and cold to us. This happened over the 6 days. All other staff were very polite, friendly and always greeted us. This employee should not work here if he is unhappy with his job. Bathrooms are mouldy, rooms although tidy, require deep cleaning and are very dusty we had to request for an air purifier. Breakfast buffet did not have many options. A huge con for us was that the hotel sets the air conditioning temperature so it was very very humid and hot during the night - we were sweating and even had to sleep with the windows open. It was not good since the air is so polluted in Korea.
