Es una vivienda que tiene una ubicación perfecta justo en pleno centro, además al disponer de garaje te olvidas de utilizar el vehículo. Muy completa tanto de menaje como de cualquier otro utensilio que pudieras tener en tu propia casa. Nos encantó el desayuno que el propietario ofrece a sus inquilinos. Si tienes oportunidad de viajar a Mérida, este alojamiento es ideal para alojarte.

Nos gustó todo. Pero echamos en falta un aseo en la habitación de arriba, aunque esto no desmerece el valor de la vivienda.

The apartment was outstanding. It was spacious, clean and in good order. The location was excellent, but a bit difficult to get to when you are unfamiliar with the roads. It is in a quaint pedestrian shopping area and to access the apartment in a car means you have to drive down the pedestrian street. We did arrive in the middle of the 'Roman Festival' which slightly complicated things as roads were closed off. The parking underneath the apartment was a real bonus. We had to wait a while for the owner to arrive with the keys, but I put this down to my lack of Spanish - no fault of his.

The weather! It rained - obviously this has nothing to do with the apartment, but you have asked the question!

The place is amazing! Clean, remarkably well-equipped, with an incredibly generous breakfast supplied for both of our mornings there. It is also perfectly located in the city. Within easy walking distance to the many historic sites in the old city including the Roman theater and amphitheater which are just steps away. We will heartily recommend to anyone we know traveling to Mérida and would definitely stay there again in our travels take us back.

We loved everything about this apartment. We didn’t want to leave! Immaculately presented with lots of extra touches. By far the best apartment we’ve stayed in by far and we’ve stayed in many. Highly recommend.

the location was excellent, although a bit difficult to find due to one way streets, and only approximate sat nav. we parked as near as possible and rang the owner who came to meet us where we had parked and showed us the way to drive in, which actually entailed turning into a pedestrianised street, Jose Ramon Melida He was very polite and helpful. Breakfast food was left in the kitchen area for us, plenty of milk, juice, rolls, butter and spreads. The apartment is right by the main Roman Ruins, and near to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, everywhere in Merida is in easy walking distance. Our apartment had great laundry facilities, excellent bathrooms, a lovely sheltered roof top terrace, and a very comfortable sitting room area with huge sofas and a good TV, also a library of books, mostly in Spanish but some in English. It felt like a lovely home from home.

The only improvement needed is probably a new mattress in the main en-suite bedroom, as the existing one is pretty saggy!

Everything was perfect. Host was excellent with good communication. Apartment was fantastic and well equipped.
