Limpio condominio bien mantenido. Es una unidad de arriba dos dormitorios y dos baños. El dormitorio principal tiene un rey y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos gemelos que se pueden convertir en rey. A poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. Es 2. 5 millas de la playa de Englewood. Los servicios del resort son una piscina climatizada, canchas de tenis, canchas de tejo, área de barbacoa al aire libre y la casa club cuenta con mesas de billar y juegos. Condo was very clean and decorated very nice.
Owners were very helpful and responded quickly when contacted. They covered every little detail in all that they provided. Location is convenient to Englewood Beach. The community pool was open and water was perfect.
Definitely would stay here again.

This home very welcoming. Even though the hurricane caused lots of damage in the area, the homeowners did a wonderful job getting it back to ready. Oh, and the homeowners are really nice!

This was our first experience renting an Vrbo and we were so grateful to find this place!!! We are super hosts ourselves and have an Vrbo in Chattanooga, so it was wonderful being the customer for once. I thought I was the best in taking care of my customers but Vickie topped me!!! I can learn from her. It was a business trip so we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities that the condo offered. We left early and came home late but it was very refreshing to come to a relaxing place. She definitely is on top of her game. We will stay with her again! Everything was very clean and they are exceptional host. You must stay here if you get a chance. ❤️

The condo was very comfortable and nicely updated. It looked just as it did in the pictures. It was very conveniently located near the beach and shopping. The owner was accommodating and easily accessible for any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful they , it was easy to check in and easy to check out , if I needed anything they made it very easy to communicate! The area was very quite and our neighbors were wondering , I would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent , thank you agian for a wonderful experience

Our goal was to be at the beaches, so Gary and Vicky’s condo is close to everything. Only a couple of miles in one direction or another and we were at whichever beach we chose. Also close to great restaurants and ice cream at A Better Scoop on 70 S Indiana Ave. Their place is also a convenient “middle” spot between trips to Sarasota and Boca Grande to experience shopping, beaches and good restaurants there. It’s was the perfect space to land. There is some daytime road traffic, BUT it isn’t noticeable at night! Thank you, Gary and Vicky, for a lovely visit.

This place is great. It is best for adults only but we did have a couple of small girls with us on our 4 Generation trip. Every one in the neighborhood was so kind. We worked really hard to have our girls behave. So many times people told us they were very good and it was nice having them there. The house is impeccable. Vicki and Gary could have not been nicer place was well decorated and clean,didn’t need anything done but Vicki and Gary were only a few minutes away if needed.I will definitely recommend to friends.

Accommodating Owners
I have family in Englewood and have visited here for most of my life. I've stayed at this condo complex before. It is a very convenient location to my family and to the beach. This unit is remodeled and, although it is the same layout, it looks so much nicer than others in the complex. Also, the owners were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating even when I changed my travel dates due to COVID issues. I would recommend.

Owners are fantastic, condo is very nice, everything you need is provided. Only thing I would say is the mattress in both bedrooms need replaced.
