Mooi aan het strand makkelijk parkeren

Mooie superior kamer gekregen met een ligbad en enorm veel ruimte voor je spullen. Balkon helaas niet kunnen gebruiken vanwege de wind. Mooi uitzicht ook al zat je niet direct aan de zee-kant.

Bereikbaarheid van het hotel was niet heel goed vanwege werkzaamheden in directe omgeving. Kan het hotel weinig aan doen maar dat betekende dat je eigenlijk verplicht gebruik moest maken van de parkeer garrages/plekken die betaald waren.

Koelkast was niet werkende. Daarna was het na melding gemaakt

Sehr schönes Zimmet mit Meerblick, sehr bequemes Betten, Zimmer mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kapselmaschine, Kühlschrank und Kapselmaschine ausgestattet; direkt am Strand und gleichzeitig nicht weit in die Stadt, Supermarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt neben Hotel, gutes Frühstück, lecker Kaffee, bis zum Schluss wird das Buffet aufgefüllt, sehr freundliches Personal

Die Holzliegen im Schwimmbad für mich zu unbequem , die Sauna ist sehr klein, Fahrradverleih, Getränke, Frühstück und Parken recht teuer

Despite ongoing construction work nearby, the hotel was quiet, well-managed, and welcoming, with excellent facilities and a lovely outlook towards the sea. I'd opted for a room with balcony/sea view and was very pleased with that; the room itself was well-fitted and comfortable. Room service for the evening meal (they do have a restaurant too) was efficient and the food was good. A nice touch in the room was the provision of a high quality guide to the area with maps, photos, and an introduction to key locations and features. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find fault - I suppose ideally I'd have preferred not to stay next to a building site, but it wasn't obtrusive and certainly didn't detract from the hotel itself.

Kitchen closes early (21:00) and the room facilities appear to be a bit 'outdated"...

The hotel could generally use a freshen up but the location on the beach is excellent. The staff were vey nice and rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and nice views either to the sea or to the dunes. The value for the price was very reasonable and it was pet friendly as an added bonus.

I felt that paying for parking as a hotel guest was unnecessary.

Hotel is as close to the Kijkduin beach as it can get. Nice seaview. All staff is helpful and friendly.

Hotel is not clean especially in all public areas. Has a bad smell (has nothing to do with the nearby sea). Parking situation is problematic if you arrive in the afternoon/evening. Breakfast offering is simple and breakfast room is usually very crowded. Furniture across the entire hotel is worn and sometimes dirty. Some technical issues in the bathroom with hoses and door of the shower, which couldn't be fixed during our stay. It doesn't meet the NH standard which we are used to. Hotel needs massive renovation.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight of the trip. The location was also superb. The hotel is right on the beach and also a very beautiful location.

Diner at the hotel restaurant - I was waiting for ages for my desert and finally cancelled as it become way too long. My raw stake was first time well done, stuff admitted the fact and it was remade to medium. Still not raw as asked.
