Good location. Very central to what we needed. Good parking facilities, if somewhat pricey.
The cleaning team left our room visibly unlocked, leaving our property insecure. The shift manager told us the manager would be in touch, but they never bothered. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton. We won't be back.
Also, sellotape on the ceiling and a drawing pin on the side, which made us dubious as to how well the rooms had been cleaned. Room was TINY.

Location excellent for attending concert at Hydro.
Breakfast very tasty and good value for money.
Comfortable bed
Stain on carpet in room.
Drinks at the bar far too expensive would have spent more time there if this had not been the case as view is excellent of the river.

Room compact, bathroom small but it was sufficient for our needs. Shower brilliant. Bed very comfortable. Room had lovely view over river and was very quiet. It is a great location for events at SEC and Hydro. Train station also within walking distance. There is a lovely seating area outside beside river. I'm sure it is great to sit there in the summer. Minnie was excellent in maintaining the dining room, actively cleaning tables and ensuring guests were seated as soon as possible. She had an extremely pleasant manner, nothing was too much trouble. Steven was also very pleasant and helpful.
Checking in was slow as only one receptionist on duty.
Breakfast was okay, plenty of choice. Fried eggs and poached eggs left on hot plate which did'nt really keep them warm.
Slow to fill up breakfast items from kitchen.

Lovely hotel located on the River Clyde with onsite parking. Very scenic location when weather is favourable with walks along the Clyde.
Staff always very helpful.

I was given a handicap room, even though that was not what I had booked. The bathroom lacked a drain, and the shower curtains did little to stop water from spreading across the floor. Additionally, the size of the room appeared smaller than what was advertised. Before using the room, I requested the receptionist to provide me with a regular room, but I was informed that there were no available rooms.

The noise in the room kept us up all night , we where on the 5 floor top of the building,
The noise at night couldn’t sleep , also it was quite dirty , when we where waiting for the lift to take us done , the dust on the window shelf’s was shocking . Not the Hilton standards am used to .

Chose this hotel as was attending a concert at the Hydro so it’s the perfect location , few minutes walk across the road . Clean & comfortable room & a lovely breakfast choice in the restaurant. Also nice terrace area to sit out with drinks looking onto the river .
Bathroom a bit on the small side . Bit noisy in the morning as could hear the shower on in the room above , so just minor things really .

Room allocated(room 323)was right behind lift shaft and could hear mechanics of lift all day and night. Most frustrating!

Fantastic location near the Conference Centre. Easy walk to train station. My room was nice, the furnishings were a little bit tired, but very functional. The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. I also liked the convenience of having a guest laundry available. Hop on Hop off bus stop directly outside! Loved my river view through the window.
I found the mattress very hard, which meant I didnt sleep well (this may just be my own preference though).

The convenience of the location for my needs and the food in the restaurant in the evening was good.
The fact that the restaurant had to restrict the menu options and delay service for other diners when it had to accommodate a 'large group' of 10 people on a Tuesday night was frustrating.
Lack of any bottled water in the room combined with the fact that the hotel had 'run out' of bottled still water for the duration of my stay (3 nights) was disappointing.

Location was good for access in a car. On site parking was also helpful. The riverside bar was lovely
We’d been to a gig and after a long walk back it would’ve been nice to relax with a drink but the bar was closed

River location and lots of outside seating. Snack area was good although over priced (much like any hotel!)
Very bad first impression. No-one on reception for about 10 mins on arrival and when she did turn up no apology for the wait given. Room was adequate but stained carpet, paper stuck over security light (some one had obviously complained about it being too bright at night I guess?), air con didn’t work properly and room had an odd smell (stale smoke?). Really surprised given this was supposed to be a 4* hotel. Also the breakfast was really bad! Machine Coffee was undrinkably bitter and the scrambled eggs were rubbery.

Stayed here to attend Olly Murs and Take That concert. Only really slept here but staff etc were all friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

Εξαιρετική ποιότητα και ποικιλία στο πρωινό. Φανταστική τοποθεσία με θέα στο ποτάμι και πολύ ωραίος ο πεζόδρομος με τα παγκακια και τις ομπρέλες ακριβώς μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο. Κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια πολύ αναπαυτικά. Η χωροταξία του δωματίου βολικότατη. Καφές και τσάι στο δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.
Το λομπυ να είναι μεγαλύτερο. Είχε μονο δύο καναπεδάκια.

The staff member who welcomed us at breakfast is very lovely and friendly.

Basic accommodation for an extortionate one night price.
Air conditioning is noisy and we were unable to turn it down from 24.5 degrees leading to quite an uncomfortable night.
Pillows are cheap and misshapen.
Furniture is old and dated, could do with an update.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Loved being able to make my own waffle . Everything tasted lovely and it was fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great nights sleep.

Booked a table for a evening meal very limited menu ,took ages for food to come half of it was cold , ordered desserts took 45 minutes to come .service was appalling some of the staff were rude ,not enough staff for the amount of tables.

Not a lot … room was tiny, can’t do much about the noise from the street.. we should have asked for a quiet room, it’s not up to £153 standard a night ..
See above …the bin liners as we put rubbish in are terrible they are so cheap they wouldn’t hold anything !

Perfect location, parking at hotel, very comfortable rooms and bed was excellent. Very clean, great choice at breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great stay overall
