located next to subway station, easy to transport to attractions

The location is good. The hotel is very near to the subway and there is many eateries nearby.

The design of the twin room is not convenient for friends or family of different gender to share a room. There is gap on the bathroom/shower door. The bathroom and shower doors are also translucent. There is no place to hang your clothes in the shower which mean you will have to come out from your shower to change and there is no separation of the room once you are out from the shower.

Spacious room with King-sized bed and bathtub. Very close to Fengqi Road metro station. Great breakfast with variety of choices.

Nothing that I didn't like. All good

The location is hands down the best reason to book here. You're near main street and have everything close by. Not to mention a fantastic bakery at your feet. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The lighting was good, and the rooms are very high tech.

The only thing I didn't like was that the room plays music upon activating power to the room. It was fine since I found the button pretty quickly, but it was a bit loud for default levels. Not a real gripe, though. The music was rad

Good location, nearby train station, easy to walk to West Lake and in77 shopping mall. Delicious breakfast , multiple choices with Chinese and Western food. The room has good sound system to watch the movie, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and smart robot !

The chair in the breakfast room is very noisy when you move in and out. Suggest to attach something to reduce sharp sound.

В центре, рядом метро. До озера минут 10-15 неспешным шагом. Очень чисто в номере. Номер очень современный. Все упраляется с кнопок у кровати. Играет приятная музыка. Есть все необходимое, уборка с заменой полотенец каждый день. Удобная кровать и подушки, белоснежное белье. Есть и ванна и душ, что очень удобно. Только в прихожей не хватет освещения. Отличный разнообразный затрак, немноголюдно.

地点非常好，离地铁站很近，楼下有点心店味道很好，马路对面就是嘉里中心，很多饭店可以选择。离西湖也很近。火车站和机场，都可以坐地铁到达，非常方便！

The Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The room was lovely and spacious and well equiped. The hotel was quite and comfortable.

While the hotel says it has a restaurant and bar - although it does - the restaurant is only open for breakfast and the bar is just for show, not even able to provide a wine glass. There is no information in the room on how to use the touch pads for lighting or air condiotioning. None of the staff speak english, my partner and I are in our seventies and we found this challenging.

A really nice room. Stylish, spacious, comfortable. A lot to like. Right next to the metro station. Quite close to the scenic lakes, although time for not permit me to visit. Some would be disappointed with the bar being only a mock up. If you need English spoken, this is not the place for you. Nor if you want highly experienced and polished staff. All fine by me, they did their very best to help me with whatever I asked (through a translation app).

A bit noisy. This is a 'cooler' boutique hotel so younger people yelling drunk later at night and soundproofing not fabulous.

Sense of luxury

Security was stepped up when there were a lot of walk ins. Location was convenient and near metro. Breakfast menu was varied day by day.

I liked everything

Close to the West Lake, the hotel has an inconspicuous entrance and the reception is on the 5th floor. However the room was big, colourful and had an excellent layout. Very clean and everything managed through consoles near the bed. The breakfast seemed fine, although we just had a black coffee. Lastly, the memory foam pillows were fabulous.

The usual problem in Chinese hotels: receptionists are inexperienced youngsters who barely speak any English.

The hotel is well placed and has a very modern hotel and room design. Beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is limited but if good quality, geared towards the core Chinese audience but with some western options. The staff was friendly and helpful. As usual, staff does not speak English, which does not pose a big issue with the translation apps. The neighborhood is busy with shops and restaurants.

The hotel has a wonderful lobby and bar, however the bar is closed until further notice, which is unfortunate if you are with colleagues and want to have a drink to wind down.

top location , just above the subway station ,which is linked main railway station. many shop and restaurant around, walking to west lake.

room is very not comfortable , particularly the internal alley is dark and norrow, hot water not strong enough.

breakfast was average. bed was poor. just a thin topper over the mattress. shower gel and shampoo wasn’t very good. importantly, wall are thin, we can hear next doors conversations and whenever the guest upstairs was stomping around at night.

Everything. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to assist us whenever we asked.

The room itself was really nice and spacious, it looked newly renovated. Also the bathtub was fantastic. It was all very clean & tidy!

I did not sleep so well - somehow I heard bass vibrations (disco nearby?). The stuff did not speak English at all unfortunately which made it difficult.. it would be nice if the hotel could provide at least some information in English. Also the breakfast time was only until 9:30.
