The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is near Paris so it doesn't cost quite as much as a stay in Paris itself.

When you walk in the lobby the impression given of the hotel starts off great and as soon as we got out of the elevator the anticipation dropped, the carpet was very stained. The rooms were sufficient in size but quite dated and the conditions were not good. There was mold around the tub, the top of the toilet tank was broken, using the toilet paper made the paper holder fall off the wall. The stairwell to the garage had several large sticky stains you had to avoid stepping in.

there was one day that i had to stay in the room because i was not feeling well and being pregnant I needed to rest, the coordinator from room service knocked on the door even after seeing the Do not disturb sign and basically said that i should not be in the room because they needed to clean, i told her no i needed to stay and she said oh mam u need to go to the reception and pay extra because we need to clean the room and she was so rude.

The staff was really nice, there was a male staff member working night shifts, he was really helpful. And the front office staff was very nice. They spoke very good English and were really helpful for us discovering Paris.

The room was not okay. There were holes in the curtains, many stains in the carpet, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. And the room was full of fungus. When we took a shower in the bathroom the bedroom carpet got wet because the sealants in the bathroom were not okay any more. (Hence why the fungus). The water went through the wall and messed up the carpet in the bedroom. Basically the room is worn out. I don’t mind the rooms being outdated for the price they asked, but I do like a clean room. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, if you ask me. I don’t like a worn out room, with defects and leakage. I must say the staff was really nice and helpful, they definitely do this good. However I would rate this hotel max 2 stars.
