The room was a good size with high ceilings. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and fresh. Location was convenient.

There were no paintings in the room, which had no personality. There was construction on the street around the property.

Beautiful restaurant and the central location

The wall's cement is peeling off everywhere and it feels like sleeping in a half-finished building site. The room looks like a cheap, 1 star highway hostel. There was 1 rail to hang a dress but they placed a drawer under the rail so the dress couldn't hang in full. For this money, I will look for a new modern hotel.

proposal for improvement: As the hotel is an excellent place also for a Business trip - desk and chair for a working space would be recommended. - I used the Armchair - which is comfortable for a short while but not for some hours....

The room was large and very nicely decorated. The restaurant was very elegant and the vegan food was excellent.

The location is very good - it is next to tram stops.

The staff are friendly and may listen to you but don't act on it. I Had a couple of small things I asked them to do (one was no instructions for the room safe) and despite asking several times no one did anything, But the main thing was that on the first night water dripped down from the air conditioning system constantly, so I had a disturbed night and it was dangerous with water on the parquet floor (I an disabled). The hotel's response was just to move me to the room above for the next night.

Breakfast was on the expensive side. Windows in our rooms were not modern (no double glazing) but it didn’t bother us. We were surprised that one could open the windows fully, even on the fourth floor, this might be unsafe for kids.

It is the 2nd time i stayed in the hotel - and i like the location and the restaurant / bar - breakfast is fabulous.

This time i did not like the room i was given. It was on the first floor, i thought it was a bit cramped - and with a not a very nice view / looking over the street. I would have liked to be given a room overlooking the river as i was given the first time i stayed in the hotel.

Location is perfect, everything is close, easy to reach on foot. Nice room, cool design. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff is kind and helpful. Parking garage is close and convenient (though it is for extra fee - not low).

The room was not sound proof. You can hear people talking, walking on the corridor. Also in the above rooms. I could have preferred curtains on the windows, instead of the blinds. They let the lights in a bit. Breakfast is varied and delicious but way too expensive to my opinion.

breakfast and service are outstanding. Parking is available and easy to find right behind the Hotel. I love the location as everything in Graz is walking distance. Stayed at the Hotel several times.

The room was too small. There was no bed. There was no hair conditioner. The shampoo wasn't good.
