Maricris at reception welcomed us and sorted us out with an early check in. We also took her advise/ offer to up grade from downtown view to a room which offered both.This allowed for us to watch the fountain show often plus view the Burj Khalifa. Other staff members from front door to restaurant staff could not do enough for my daughter and I. Sorting taxis, helping with bags often. We had full board and enjoyed the variety of foods especially the omelettes made to order outdoors for breakfast. Handy location with supermarket next door. We totally enjoyed our stay and the staff make this hotel as always willing to help.

Some of the kitchen cupboards doors / mirror could see greasy streak marks, some furniture through wear and tear scratches needs to be upgraded to keep up the standard of the hotel. However, this did not impact on our great stay.

Location is amazing as you are in front of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa and you can reach them by walk in 5 minutes. The hotel offers you free shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Kite beach and this is an exceptional service. You have a supermarket just next to the building. The apartment is served with kitchen facilities so you can cook for youself. The staff was great. All concierge staff were very helpful, kind and friendly, in particular Rashid. They have always tried to make us feel comfortable and gave us good advice on travel attractions.

More kitchen tools to be provided. Dishsoap and sponge should be included in the apartment.

The view from our room was amazing!! The staff was really helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely the best choice for accommodation!

Wi-Fiが結構切断されやすかったのとユニットバスのバスタブとトイレの間にシャワーカーテンが無かったので、床がビショビショになりました

Was on the expensive side, they provided only decaf coffee in the room, each room has its own water heater so if you are more than 2 folks staying in one room, hot water will not last, water tank is not too big. Hot water is not a central system or with instant water heating system.

كل شيء في مكان كان جميل جدا

Staff were great, friendly all round. Mary Ann in the breakfast room remembered me form my previous visit over 2 years ago. So did the porters at the front of house. Very nice and very helpful.

Everything was good. Nothing there you could not like. Service, friendly and relaxed but yet professional and very polite. Location was also excellent.

Потрясающий вид с 30 или 32 этажа на фонтаны, немного видно Бурдж Халифа. Неплохой номер, есть даже стиральная машинка, пользовались, порошок сами покупали. Уютные кресла, с которых любовались видом. в ванной была и ванна и душевая кабина, очень удобно, когда вас двое. все гигиеническое штуки тоже были. Утюг + гладильная доска. Полноценная кухня - не пользовались. Жаль из отеля нет выхода к фонтанам, приходилось обходить через оперу. Но вид из отеля гораздо лучше, чем рядом на них смотреть

Room was not so good the bedroom was small and to tight, the ambience was old and need renovation as bathroom was leeaking, finally i was up graded to a bigger room, which was fine

The location was exceptional, and I enjoyed the view of the fountains from my balcony. The housekeeping staff was quite good as well as the other staff except for the staff during breakfast service.

The furniture was a bit dated and so was the kitchen. The breakfast was over rated and cold, especially the scrambled eggs. The staff during the breakfast service was too pre-occupied doing nothing and not welcoming with the exception of June. The guy who also was at the egg kiosk was good, and made a scrumptious cheese omelette. Other then that I can’t fault the property.

Pokoje są bardzo przestronne i dobrze wyposażone- bardziej jak kawalerka, a nie pokój hotelowy. Przesympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Szef Japuir i Arjun zatroszczyli się o przygotowanie specjalnego śniadania wolnego od alergenów. Dzień wcześniej zebrali szczegółowy wywiad i preferencje żywieniowe. Rano kucharz osobiście przyniósł przygotowane dania do stolika.

Klimatyzacja nie reagowała na ustawienia, było bardzo zimno. Jedynym rozwiązaniem było jej wyłączenie. Do centrum handlowego i fontanny trzeba iść dookoła, brak bezpośredniego przejścia. Nie korzystaliśmy z darmowego transferu, bo godziny zaburzały nasz plan dnia.

Amazing and 10/10 across parameters 1. Unbeatable Location -just behind Burj Khalifa and the fountains. Can go at the back of the hotel and can enjoy the sight just from there or a short walk to the fountains 2. Spacious and well furnished Room - we stayed in the room with balcony and the kitchenette- on 28th floor. Spacious - bedroom, large living area with sofa and a small well appointed open kitchen, washing machine and ironing facility, big bathroom. 3. Amazing and courteous staff - made us feel at home. One of the days of stay, as we came back after the day’s sightseeing- we had a surprise birthday cake for my wife - we were really touched 4. Breakfast - very good spread and delicious. The chef Japveer Singh got us vegetarian food items specially made for us that were not even on the buffet. 5. Other facilities - pool, kids play area, spa - we had a look through but not used. These looked clean, and great
