amazing stay, huge breakfast and very lovely owners!

Well as mentioned in Booking.com there were 2 main shortcomings. 1.No hot water and water pressure was very very low. the owner gave some lame excuses. 2. No wi fi as mentioned. they should ensure all are in order before a guest checks in , if every thing is not in order they should not let it out.

Amazing location;Great view.Easy to access the property.We were very pleased with our room everything was so tidy and clean.Nice Breakfast.Very friendly and helpful staff.Excellent value for money.Well maintained and the wifi was very fast.

Really love the villa.Food was very delicious and the staff was very kind,helpful and friendly.The bed was extremely comfortable and had a good view of the tea plantations and mountains.Amazing Location.Room was clean and quiet.The wifi worked well,well maintained facilities,overall my stay was very comfortable.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nothing Everything was beyond the expectation

I suppose to arrive at 11pm. But the bus was late and I arrived at 12 am. Nobody answered my phone call even though I rang before 11 pm to let them know my late arrival. When I arrived nobody was there to welcome me. It caused unnecessary inconvenience.
